We aren't able to get in the yard as much because our six year old autistic son runs away every chance he gets. Two guys got that mess taken care of in around 30 minutes. VERY pleased with the services I receive from Let Us Give You A Hand! They mowed and trimmed my yard all last season (they also do weed prevention, but I prefer to do that part). They always show up when expected, and the whole crew is friendly and respectful (which is big with me). They just completed a gate repair (that gate has never closed so smoothly) and applied stain to my fence, and they did a great job on both. Highly recommend! read more

If I could give this business a zero star I would! I have been working out of the country for 2 years. When I initially hired this company my lawn, shrubbery and trees were in excellent condition. I should have known something was wrong when I was not getting updates on the condition of my lawn...In the 2 years I was abroad my yard was not being maintained as agreed. I recently returned home unexpectedly to find my yard in complete shambles. All of my outdoor lighting was broken along with 2 sprinkler-heads. My guess is they had been damaged when the lawn guys mowed the lawn. All of the shrubs had grown out of control from not being maintained. There were 25 ant hills in the front yard and 5 in my back yard standing at least 5 inches tall. Furthermore, there were so many weeds in my lawn it looked as if it had been un-kept for years! I notified the owner (Trenton) of my disappointment in his performance regarding my yard, he was not at all remorseful. When I relayed to him my concerns and informed him I would no longer want his service his only reply was Okay.....He didn't even try to make restitution or try to correct any wrong doings.... I had to end up hiring and paying 500.00 to repair the damages sustained from the neglectfulness of Let Us Give You a Hand Landscaping. My advise to anyone thinking about using this service or currently has this service is to stay on top of this company....due to the high turnover in employees and un reliability of the owner to repair or replace broken items and failed yard care you may find yourself in the situation I was in. We got a quote from this company at the end of February to repair a section of our privacy fence. The quote was very reasonable. We arranged to have the repair of the fence and asked for a written estimate. We did receive this via text. (On the day of the repair). We gave the go ahead. Once arriving to our property We received a call stating that the repair would be 2.5 times the price quoted. After multiple texts back and forth my husband told them that we did not wish to go through with the repair. I received a voicemail from someone telling me that my husband had disrespected him two times and he suggested we find someone else to do the job. We will find someone else and we will pay a fair and reasonable price. A word of business advice to this company - if you give a quote, stand behind it. If it's months between the quote - you might want to take a second look and, it never hurts to brush up on your customer service skills. Respect is not given, it's earned. read more

We hired Trent and "Let Us Give You a Hand Landscaping" based on the number of positive reviews they have on Google, Yelp, and other sites. What a mistake! I seriously question whether all of the reviews are real. In total, Trent serviced our yard 4-5 times. We have a fairly small yard with simple maintenance needs, but Trent and his "team" could never get it right. We had issues every time they came. Whether it was failing to mow the whole yard, forgetting to blow, blowing our waste into our neighbor's yards, forgetting to edge, not trimming the bushes after multiple requests, or failing to show up, they were a constant headache. And worst of all, when you bring up issues with Trent, he argues with you rather than trying to make it right. I would not recommend Trent or his company to anyone. read more
