We bought a new hot tub and it was delivered with a used hot tub on top of ours! No wrapping no…read morefactory seal. Tub was scratched up and full of debris and nasty water. The delivery guys removed panel to add a part on and said it was already on this! This is when we found out we got delivered a returned hot tub and we paid for a new one. Thank god we bought this through the booth at Costco so we can return it. Backyard leisure keeps saying this is a new hot tub but we have been told it a returned hot tub by hot springs. 2 weeks now nothing has been replaced on the damaged panels and wiring issues.
