Probably because you'd never expect it. This is a random convenience store in the middle of Eastwood, small parking lot, no gas station, but their beer selection is truly legendary. They stock a ton of craft beers at really great prices. This is the cheapest in the area that I've found one of my favorites, the Brooklyn Brewery Bel Air Sour. They have a ton of other options too, making it hard to choose! I tried a guava sour, and enjoyed it. The snack selection is on-point, too. While they carry the standard convenience store fare, they also sometimes stock interesting options like Haribo smurf gummies and pre-packaged Italian rainbow cookies. My one gripe about this place is that it's small, and when there are several people inside it's hard to distance, so I usually just skip it if there are more than two or three people when I arrive. Not going to deduct stars for that, because the owner can't really control that, and this store really goes above and beyond in every other way. What a gem! I'm so pleased to have found this spot.

We were pleasantly surprised by our excellent service and delicious food on our recent weekday visit. Our order was promptly taken and our food came out quickly. A garden salad was lightly dressed and a veggie pizza was cooked to perfection and was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant if you find yourself in the Township 5 Plaza. Every time I've been, I've been greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Unlike other liquor stores, you don't have to search for someone to help you here - the staff comes to you and offers assistance. One unique experience was when I was struggling to choose between two different types of scotch. The staff actually opened the bottles and gave me a sample to help me decide. I ended up loving both and bought them both. Another time, when I was purchasing wine, the staff at checkout offered to give me a chilled bottle of the same wine, making it immediately drinkable. Kind gestures like these really make a difference. **Liquor Section** The collection of liquor here is carefully curated, and it's clear that the person choosing the liquors knows their stuff. Came in this evening for some wine, customer service was impeccable as usual…read moreI actually was chatting with the employee and was curious about how Amy B could have such a bad experience He explained that there was an employee they hired and seemed OK at first but then she quickly showed her true colors and was being rude to customers when she was alone In the store however the owner caught on within a couple weeks and terminated her very quickly but unfortunately Amy got there at the wrong time I think that's a good reminder that it's important we reach out to management when we have an issue, yes they should be monitoring Yelp and I did advise them of that as well as they should take ownership of the site and reply to Amy to apologize however I still think it's important to contact or leave a message for the manager / owner at a later time so that they can address these problems more quickly; I've had several great conversations with the owner of this place and he's a really hard-working guy, he probably doesn't get a chance to check Yelp as often as he should

We opted for two tastings, which gave us 8 different products to sample. All of them were ok, but the standouts were the 4 Grain and the 2 cream liqueurs. We also ordered two cocktails, one was a whiskey sour and the other was pear based. Again, they were ok, but we would like to see them up their game to showcase the spirits with a house made sour mix instead of pre-bottled. Though the flight was only 4 choices the server was very gracious and let me try the maple barreled one... sweet, but yum! The Four grain whiskey was one of the highly decorated spirits winning numerous gold awards. Though my first choice is not whiskey, this was absolutely fabulous! Deep, rich flavor that won't overtake your palette. The master distiller gets a lot of praise for the work he puts into his creations, all of which are earned. I found the Skaneateles whiskey to be quite excellent as well with its smooth finish and flavorful draw. Their bourbon stands right up there with some of the best I've had. I found a hint of maple, cherry flavor but not oaky. The crème brûlée was a nice sweet spirit a kin to Bailey's or Frangelica's. It's something coffee drinkers would find pleasant to add to their drink. I also very much enjoyed the maple whiskey. Having a sweet tooth for these sort of things this New York-based foundation made for a sweet tasty drink. There is seating inside and out. The day we were there they had live music. No question, we will all definitely be back again. I look forward to the time we can sit outside as well.

They also sell pretzels/chips. As far as beer is concerned, I find that they had a very solid listing of almost every kind of beer one would be into. I really enjoyed the Puppykiss IPA. You can sit inside or you can grab your drinks and go sit outside. They have drones chairs scattered about on what I'd describe as the backyard of a farm. We sat down, watched the goats and Emu's, relaxed and enjoyed our beers. I really enjoyed my time here and I'm looking forward to going back, especially as the weather gets nicer. The bartender noted that when it gets nicer there's music and food trucks. This is definitely a spot to check out if you're looking for a laid back experience and good beer.

You'd think you were miles away as you enjoy the country setting complete with emus and goats grazing behind a fenced area.
