Their quote came in customized to our project and was built to have no large "extra material " surprises when the project closed. They were always communicative and friendly about the project. When they encountered a situation that was abnormal, they walked me through the issue and offered resolutions that would've cost them money. They seem to be stand-up craftsmen who want to do a good job at all costs and don't treat their customers like just another number. If you are going to invite anyone to do work on their home especially on your roof, they are the type to get.

These scammers ripped me off, paid $350 cash for nothing. the 2 guys who came out had a hard time climbing a ladder and walking on my roof which is not that steep as the guys from state farm were able to easily walk on my roof. once on the roof, they claim that they found nothing wrong but wanted $350 for just coming out. What a scam. I Had to call Home Depot to send out one of their contractors to repair my roof, they put flashing boot and sealer around one of their boots (pipes) coming out of of the roof. It's a simple fix that these guys missed. Stay away from these guys, save your money and go w/ someone else. I would recommend talking w/ your local Home Depot or Lowe's to recommend someone. These guys are overpriced and a disappointment.

I saw a few things I didn't like about roof, asked people I know, everyone says terrible roof, tear it off! Jurin says they did a good job and that 3 nails per shingle is fine (because they were avoiding putting a nail under a joint). Says a nail through the flashing and shingles is fine and won't leak. Well, guess what? It's leaking. The "new" shingles are tearing off already and looked terrible to begin with. Additionally, these guys were totally unprofessional and rude when talking business. They were dismissive of my concerns and didn't listen to any of my requests. All in all, a terrible experience. When I was ready to have the work done less than 30 days later, they told me that the employee who gave us that quote was no longer with the company. They had somebody else come out to look at it and decided they wanted to charge me an additional 1000 dollars over the original quote. Stay far away. They are very shady and do not honor their prices. I even had text messages from the employee they claim was let go, that were shown to their owner with the original quoted price and they still would not honor what they had said originally.
