We asked around for a local roofer and received recommendations from 3 different people for Snyder Roofing. We called, and Rick returned our called that afternoon and happened to be in our area, so he stopped by. Called the next day with a verbal estimate. Rick was very open and honest regarding our roof problem and the fact that there may be some hidden issues due to the roof age, etc. He made us feel very comfortable with his repair ideas and processes. We signed a contract 2 days later (Sunday). Rick, his son Mitchel, and a work crew of 5 arrived promptly Tuesday morning. The job was complete by noon Wednesday. The company moto, "We will put the same quality into your roof as if it were our own home", is absolutely true. Rick and Mitchell kept us informed continuously throughout the project! Cleanup was extensive. There was no trace of dirt or damaged plantings. Rick and Mitchell (the owners) couldn't have made the experience better. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable, I never felt for a second that they were giving me the "hard sell". In fact, I got the impression that their integrity and reputation was more important to them then anything else. After speaking with several of their previous clients, my wife and I decided to go with Snyder and selected the Timberline line of GAF for the shingles. Since Snyder is a certified GAF installer, it came with a lifetime warranty. Their team worked non-stop from the moment they arrived to the moment they left each day. Neat and professional, they protected the house and cleaned up the yard everyday. We have a large roof (over 7K sq ft). They knocked it out in less then 5 days. We couldn't be happier with the finished product or the service that we received.

Due to a storm with high winds, quite a few of the old shingles on our roof were blown off…read more Together with old, rusted and clogged gutters and downspout, we determined that a new roof and gutters were needed. Fisher's proposal and estimate were cheaper than a competing roofer, so we went with Fisher's roofing. The company's crew arrived at 7 AM on July 1st and the work of removing the old shingles and installing new architectural shingles began. The complete re-roofing job along with the installation of new 5" gutters properly fitted and hung from screw-in hangers and a 2"x 3" downspout were done by the afternoon of the next day. The work crew were thorough and diligent and they thoroughly cleaned up the debris associated with taking off the old roof. We are very pleased with their work and the price was good as compared to the estimate that a competitor had given us. My wife and I highly recommend Fisher's roofing for their quality workmanship and old world work ethic.

They…read morecalled me back the next day, had an agent come out after our work schedule around 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. so it was great with our schedules. The gentleman who came out was named Evan. He was fantastic! He was real, upfront, honest, and overall a genuine person. This is my first time ever doing major housework so I was very nervous but I felt like I could trust him so he does his job well. We were informed right from the get-go that it would not be the cheapest for a roof, but it would also not be the most expensive. He brought in samples of the tiles, showed us the nails that they would use, and thoroughly explain the whole process to us so I felt like I understood what was happening. They showed up on the day of ready to go and it took about 8 hours. I got home from work and the new shingles on the front roof looked amazing. I reached out to the gentleman heading the project and he sent me the pictures of our roof which was fantastic. What stood out to me was this is the first time I've seen any kind of construction being done on a house in years that I haven't gotten a flat tire from a nail in the road. They have a policy that for each nail you find, you can mail it in and they will give you a check back. For better or worse I did not find any nails anywhere which is nice because I didn't want to have to patch another hole in the tire. Based on the average cost for hours square footage, they came in right around the ballpark of where I expected if it was on the high end of the spectrum. They were professional, they were friendly, I feel like they did a great job, and they were honest. Could not recommend this company more and if we have any work done on our house in the future, I will certainly be reaching back out to them.

They had to be called back to fix so many things and the owner responds to me with threats as he had my money and I have a poor job that has required a lot of aggravation.

Great Installation, Terrible Warranty Service…read more The company did a great job installing our windows and roof. Everything was completed on time, and the quality of the work seemed excellent. However, their warranty service is extremely disappointing. After just one month, the screen on our sliding door developed a hole at the bottom. I called multiple times, but no one ever came to fix it. Later, when I reached out for a quote on a new siding project, the salesperson was eager to give me an offer. I made it clear that I would only proceed if they first fixed the screen under warranty. Since then, I haven't heard from him or anyone else. It's frustrating that they are quick to take on new projects but completely ignore existing customers with warranty claims. If you're looking for good installation work, they are fine--but don't expect any follow-through on repairs or warranty service.
