Friendly young fellow that helped me. Nice amount of hockey cards as well as high-end graded ones.

I love this store; I shopped at Lululemon Athletica for the first time yesterday. The staff were…read morevery helpful and the store was beautiful and organized. Although it's a pricey shop, I think it's worth the investment due to the high quality of their product. Also, if a pair of pants don't fit correctly, they offer complementary hemming (if you purchase something before 3:00 P.M., it's ready the same day - otherwise, the next day). Clothes feel great, look great, and most importantly, the associates genuinely care about helping you. That's probably why the store is usually very busy.

Well, this was my first time being in the shop to make a purchase. Experience was not what I have…read moreexpected. I walked in, knowing exactly what I wanted as I have checked out the items online. I just needed to figure out if it will fit me. I took the item off the shelf, and the assistant almost immediately came over to me, took the pull over, and said it will be in the changing room for you to fit on!!! I haven't even had the item in my hand for 2 minutes. I went to the changing room, please note there was a 7ft man standing at the door too, and I got undress/ dressed, and got out. when I got out of the fitting room the assistant once again said, Let me take that from you, it will be at the counter ready to pay... huh. I still didn't even have these items 2 minutes in my hands!!! when I got to the counter the cashier said, you can just tap your card!!! I will be honest I didn't enjoy this shopping experience at all, I felt like I was put on the spot, and I didn't even know what to make of this! The items I wanted, I got them, but you don't go to super store, and the cashier or assistant doesn't take the items out of your hands and put them at the counter when you are still busy shopping? no they don't, so why does these assistants do that? total amount was $218 for a 9 min shopping experience, it wasn't about the money, but you want to enjoy the experience of retail therapy, and this was not great. if you don't want customer to see, feel, and roam the store, then you should only have an online store!

I was just here with friends. We knew we arrived just before 4:30. We knew they closed at 5 so we…read morewanted to make it quick to not hold them up. But two minutes after being in the store they dimmed the lights to an absurd level. No one greeted us or asked if we wanted help. I passed two employees who turned their backs to me and wouldn't make eye contact. I tried to go to the fitting rooms and was told (rudely) that the fitting rooms were closed. I asked if it was because of Covid and they said no its because they closed at 5. I took my things to the cash as asked if everything I had was returnable because I couldn't try it on and may need to bring it back. I had to ask twice because the clerk just ignored me the first time. I thought, okay whatever it's a bunch of teens working who probably just want to get out early. I get it. I've worked retail. But then I saw someone who I assumed was a manager because of how she was talking to staff. She went infront of my sister in the checkout to purchase her own things before her even though she was obviously still on the clock (still had her radio on and everything). So we're leaving and it's still fifteen minutes to five and she's locking the other door and we're leaving. I stopped to ask if she was infact management and she said she was. I asked why she was letting her employees dim the lights a full half hour before close. At first she lied and told me they close at 4:30 even though another employee (and Google) had already told me they closed at five. After calling out her lie she said they have to "flush people out" early. I told her that was incredibly irregular for a box store to do that and she told me that I should make a complaint and not haras her. All this as she is literally locking the front doors before 5. Then she yelled after us a sarcastic 'have a nice day' as we left. I think there were maybe 2 other people in the store. No line. Certainly no reason to need to "flush people out" or lock the doors. And im sure it's against policy to buy stuff for yourself while on the clock. If the manager hadn't been so rude I probably wouldn't have made a complaint, but she was truly incompetent. Like I said, I've worked retail, but she didn't even bother to give me some BS apology. Didn't care at all.

Old Navy is where I go for some cheap t-shirts. I usually go here for the beginning of summer…read more T-Shirts for 12.99, flip-flops 2 for 6 dollars. None of the items you get here are the best quality, but you will get some great deals. The staff here are usually good, and you can take arm loads into the changing room. The biggest thing I love is the return policy, 90 days.
