Really thought this place was down tbh but today just made me so sad. First off I asked this mfer to do ombré with nude and showed him a picture even. Then HE BROUGHT OUT PINK and when I was like no I said not pink why tf this pink the pregnant lady straight up rolled her eyes at me. Idk if y'all know but customers know when you talk shit about them even if it's another language that to me is horrible customer service all I asked for was not pink but I continued to receive the service because I felt bad. Called ahead was told no wait. It was a pain finding the place but I attribute that to my gps. Once inside we were immediately acknowledged. The guy listened to what we wanted and suggested a healthier option for the nails. We were sat and began service right away. The technician was professional and the atmosphere was quiet and comfortably heated. Overall great experience, will definately recommend as well as come back. read more

This will be my last time coming here. Here's why I paid 50 dollars for a pedicure that shouldn't cost not more that 30 dollars. I calculated the cost of getting the pedicure before I got to the shop because I had been going here for over a year and it's pretty much the same prices whole every-time I go. However, today when I went to the shop and go a simple pedicure and went to paid the male technician that did my nails when I went to pay at the front he told me that my pedicure was $55. I knew that the cost total wasn't correct when I calculated everything it was supposed to be 40$ at the most. I got gel polish which is usually 10$, a basic pedicure which is 25$, and I had gel nail polish which already on which cost an additional 5$ to remove it, and matte coat which requires you to get gel in order to get it. I asked for a breakdown and it made no sense additionally there was a communication issue between me and the technician the owner came over and said "yeah your nails cost 50 bucks we charge $20 for gel coating and you had gel on your nails so we charge five extra dollars for that" I question him in whether they went up in prices but he claim it was always 15 for gel but we charge you 20 dollars because you had gel on your nails like . I've been was there literally last month and it is a joke because it was $10 he said no that I was charge again for matte coat which wasn't the case before. As he continue he still made no sense he stated he charge me $20 in it to take off the gel polish that was on my nails and then charge me a additional 5 to remove the gel nail polish and additional five dollars to for matte nail polish which has never been a thing here. So basically coming up with numbers to of justify the bill which wasn't the case because he was obviously wrong 40 bucks I calculated before I got there and like I said I been going here for a whole year for the same type of basic pedicures. Additionally he said I received a service called cat eye which I didn't ask for and I even asked the guy why he was doing it I asked the guy and he said it was a claimed it was a magnet tool again a service I never asked for. I WILL NEVER be coming here again and I feel like these people up charge me every time I visited here and I am not going to allow them to lie to face while still receiving my money. The only reason why I came here is because there are a lot of bad nail services around Augusta and this one isn't good it's just the only one I knew of where people weren't receiving infections. However they will damage your nails with their poor acrylic and SNS application. If you do go here ask for how much each service cost upfront however there are better nail shops then this place. It seems like they have a 50 dollar minimum and make stuff up because on whether or not you look like you have money. I tried this place instead of my normal salon. I had switched to SNS nails, and this place was so highly rated. It was awful. They butchered my nails. I am going to have to go back to my salon to fix this mess. Powder on not just my nails. The ends are not smooth, and looks like a 5 yr old painted. The powder didnt cover entire nail on some. I am embarassed for anyone to see my nails. The have NO clue how to properly do SNS. read more

AMAZING! I was so pleased with my full set. The girl with short hair did my nails and I hate that I don't remember her name. I'm from Aiken and was in Augusta shopping. I looked up places near by and this one had good reviews and the highest rating. I don't like going to new nail salons because my usual tech knows exactly what I want. This girl did an awesome job, there are zero imperfections in my acrylics I will definitely be coming back even if it's a 40 min drive, so worth it! read more

So happy I finally found an awesome nail salon in the Augusta area. They took their time. I got an fill in with gel polish. I have an overlay on my natural nails and I keep them short. I always have an issue with some salons putting too much acrylic on my nails causing them too look unnatural. They were filled in properly and shaped very natural. The pedicure was great!!! My fiancé got a pedicure also and he said it's he best one he's ever had. I was definitely be back!! read more

Older lady is unprofessional. She made repetitive rude comments about the white discoloration of my toenails due to long term nail polish use and tried to sell me the most expensive pedicure. She was very rough with the pedicure and only cut my nails and polished them without filing! I've been to numerous other nail salons in the area, all of which are better. It was nice at first. I came in early to make sure i wasn't waiting, sure enough I got seated very nicely. I enjoyed it. Unfortunately however the nail tech was very rough with my hands and scraped the side of my nail with the filer leaving my skin scrapped. It hurt for a week after that. What I don't understand was the amount of coats of nail polish it took for an acrylic set. They put on 3 with top coat. Unfortunately I messed up one of them while moving to the drying station and the tech put even more. Then after waiting for a long time just to dry I come up to pay and another tech notices my nails and tell me to sit back down to get them coated again. A total of 8 coats of nail polish. That is ridiculous personally. Plus I had to wait extra long for them to dry. After they dry, I was rung up 40$ FOR ONLY AN ACRYLIC NAIL POLISH SET!! I didn't get no gel or SNS or anything. Just acrylic and polish, but the 15-20$ set turned into 40 before the tip... false pricing and uncomfortable hurt nails from the nail tech... not what the reviews were saying that got me to come... 40$ wasted on average nails that wasn't even great to be honest... asked for coffin I got a wonky coffin with some scabs from the nail tech. I went for the first time today to get SNS nails done and it was amazing! They put extensions on my nails and made sure they were shaped exactly how I wanted them. They also made sure that my nails were perfect before they were done and took their time on my manicure. The atmosphere was very relaxed and there was no awkward, forced conversation, just a natural flow of conversation that was very nice. I will definitely be coming back! read more

I took me, my daughter, and soon to be daughter-in-law yesterday, (Sunday), for a "girls day". We did wait, but that was to be expected, as there was 3 of us, and I did not make us an appointment, and it was Sunday and the Salon was busy. We were greeted immediately and told to pick a color. 2 of us were getting Pedicures, and the other a Pedicure and full set. We were seated in the pedicure chairs and brought a whole slew of colors to choose from, which I thought was great. I like that they use liners in the pedicure bowls. I had chosen this salon based on "yelp" reviews, one because they are open Sundays, two because of the ratings, and three because they served "mimosas". Let me tell you though, they don't, we asked, LOL.... They do however serve soda and water, but that's not why they aren't receiving 5 stars. The ladies that did all of our pedicures did a great job on each of them, cutting, filling, massaging, etc. My daughter and I got the $38 dollar pedicure and my daughter-in-law got the $35 Jelly pedicure. All smelled great! My daughter-in-law sat down to get her full set of acrylic nails done and told the tech she wanted coffin shaped acrylics. I was still getting my pedicure done at this point. The tech looked at me and said that it was going to cost $40-$45, and I said "That's fine, I don't care how much it costs." After my pedicure was done, my daughter-in-law was still in the process of getting her nails done, so my daughter and I ran to Walmart and when we got back to pay the bill, I walked in and the nice man, I believe he was the owner, and was asking the 4 different techs that helped the 3 of us, how much it was, and he quoted me $100 for my daughter-in-law, $38 for me, and $38 for my daughter, so with the tip included, I paid $200. As I was driving home, I realized they had gotten an extra $20-$25 from what they originally quoted for the full set of coffin nails. If her pedicure was $35 and the full set was $40 or $45, then at most it should have been $75-$80 not $100. Too bad, my daughter and I were thinking of coming back here for pedicures again, and trying the SNS next time. The staff is really nice, and they do great work.
