One of the tires blew, which then caused the coolant hose and rear air break hose to get sliced in half!! I was calling around to every mechanic in the area and no one could help us, either they didn't answer, didn't service school buses, or didn't have a mechanic. Kings Towing and Truck Repair out of Pasco, WA were amazing. The gal I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and she got with their mechanic and they got a plan together. It was nice to talk an actual person and not a computer. They were out fixing the bus within two hours from the time I called. To top it off, they sent two mechanics to the job and delivered the bus over an hours away to the hotel that the team was at once the bus was fixed, this was around 3am!! Who does that!?? Kings Towing and Truck Repair does! We were so blessed and appreciate this company and the lengths they took to help us. THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE INVOLVED WITH HELPING US!!!

I took my truck in to have cooling system flushed and new motorcraft antifreeze(provided by me)…read moreput in. I was hesitant to allow them to do the work after finding out that they use tap water instead of distilled or better yet de-ionized water(automobile industry recommended). The problem with tap water is it will induce corrosion throughout the entire engine cooling system. I wasted $200 bucks between labor and antifreeze. I will now go to Tri-cities to a business that will drain/flush and replace antifreeze with distilled water(2 weeks after Autokool did their inferior work) another couple hundred bucks but peace of mind. Also the person that was bothered to get away from his newspaper to work on my truck, used a worm screw clamp where the reusable clamp that applies equal pressure to the hose had been(charged me for the inferior clamp he put on) either he's not smart enough to remove the new style clamps and reuse or? Anyway he completed his hack job in about 40 minutes and got right back to his newspaper. Must of been a good article because he couldn't be unconvinced to discuss the work he performed. Long story short: I WON'T GO BACK auto-UN-kool!
