After my dad passed away, I offered to pay the rest of the money for the car to be worked on. (And my dad already paid $4,400) I was rejected for making a payment and said I could pay afterwards then told it would be done within 3 months. It's been 4 months. When I called last month, I was told that it would be done by last week. When I called no one knew the answer if it was done then said I'd receive a call back. I've called 8 times since then and left messages. I even texted one of the owners. It's ridiculous that I'd have to post anything on social media to HOPE to get a call back. He was very professional, courteous and got us where we need to be as quickly as possible. It took him less time to solve our issue than it took for the insurance company to get him dispatched. He also listened to me explain the truck issue and mentioned that it was a common issue that could be resolved quickly by someone with mechanical skills.
