The operations manager was in constant contact with me and let me know all along the way how things were going. He also provided all necessary documentation for a successful insurance claim. I'm so lucky, due to these guys, I was able to finish our trip and return home on time to meet other obligations. I was looking for someone to do a mobile service, just like they advertise. I called them, Misty greeted me over the phone, I asked for owner (Ryan) or shop manager. She replied, Ryan is not here but if you leave you number, name and message I'll make sure he returns your call. I explained to her what my problem was and what exactly I was looking for and that it was urgent on top of that I asked do you think this is something you can do? If not let me know that way it won't be a waste of time for either party. She assure me no worries I will call him and ask him, he should be able to call you back later today (Monday); that afternoon I called back there was no answer so I left a message inquiring the morning call, Monday came and went and there was no call back. Tuesday morning I called again and left a message, again there was no reply. A few hours later I tried calling again and there was no answer, to me it was a bit wear that at a business there was no answer and no reply; so I tried the 800 number and guess what? There was no answer either so instead of selecting to speak with an operator, I selected the option book a mobile service and this time Misty answer the phone. I greeted her and I asked politely if she remember me and as soon as I started to talk to her she goes oh yeah, I email him yesterday he should off call you but but he was in a bunch of meetings but don't worry he'll call you later today. I said again, okay thank you but seriously dough is this something that you guys do since you offer mobile service, if not I need to call someone else. Her reply was "yes, that is something we can do. He'll call you today (Tuesday). Wednesday, I was already making calls some other locations and they said plain and simple. Right now we can not, others, I don't have enough technicians, someone else said I am behind work and finally someone said I don't promise anything today but send me all the information and I'll try my best to do it first thing in the morning tomorrow(Thursday). Thursday came, that person came through and her I am still waiting for the call that at least say ( I am sorry but we don't do that). You decide, thank you.
