Made useful insights into rodent prevention in future, charged battery, advisement over rusting Japanese steel parts under hood, even used a rubbing compound to buff out my neighbor's loving addition to my paint job. Bill's a stand up guy, an honest mechanic (particularly rare), and has had ample experience.
