We called a couple of places but owner Bob from Streets Collision and Customs was so straightforward and knew exactly what he was doing. He immediately set up an appointment for an estimate. He showed her damage that unless you are trained well in your craft, no one could see. The only reason she didn't have Bob do the work is because the university shut down and she had to leave campus and drive home out of state to get the truck fixed. It's nice to know that if my daughter needs anything in the future, Bob will take care of it. Very impressed by Bob's professionalism, knowledgeable and caring attitude. Since I wasn't there, Bob made sure I was on a two way call the whole time!! Thanks Bob!

I I loved working there until the new General Manager started Scott Warner in January of 26. Scott was very unprofessional to me, never approached me to see how I was doing, but always wanted to talk to the other Detailer and did this to many of his employees. I worked in detail and had alot of stuff that I brought/bought with my own money because they couldn't afford to get us anything besides chemicals so over the years i had to make it a home away from home. He fired me on grounds of budget cuts. But blaming it on the normal stuff iv been doing there for years. I even offered to lower my pay 8 dollars on the hour and he still couldn't keep me. Also i bought a 2017 Silverado from them and come to find out, i went on vacation the week it came in on trade and they were going to wholesale it because it needed alot of work done too it. But they decided to put it on the lot AS IS. When i got back from Vacation i was looking for a reliable truck. One of the salesman who also knew about the problems with the truck and didn't tell me anything, reminder this to too one of their long term employees. I bought it and the next day and put 15k down cash, I found out from multiple mechanics that it needed two motor mounts, a transmission mount and a fuel pump. I went to Scott and told him about it which he agreed he will get fixed for me, but then three weeks later he fires me. Also they do not EVER do the Permaplate product on your new vehicle even when you are forced to pay for it, we did it maybe 1 or 2 times the right way, all they do is put a high gloss product on your vehicle, so don't fall for their tricks! There has been multiple vehicles that they sold AS IS knowing that multiple problems is on the vehicle and still sold it to the customers. I recommend nobody EVER buy a car here. I will miss everyone there. It was good while it lasted, but I had to make this review to be honest with people in Fairmont. And i know Scott is going to reply something on this just know this is the truth! Gerry Raymond needs too do better
