Unfortunately, they cross-threaded two of the lug nuts on one of my rims. I am only discovering this 10 months later after a tire shop could not remove the lug nuts on one of my rims. I had to take it to another mechanic to get them off as I could not (they were free spinning). It cost me $360. All for a very avoidable mistake by these guys.
