This company is a crooked company and they are trying to take advantage of people. They tried to…read morecharge 600 dollars to tow a car from the Grafton Rd to downtown. It was a young girl who just got her license and was involved in a accident. They wanted 600 the next day to give her the car back. We asked for a itemized bill explaining the charges and was told that we could not have one until she paid the 600. Then they said if she couldn't pay the 600 the other option was to pay them 300 and give them the title in order to get her personal belongings out of the car. When I told him that is illegal he hung up on us. I am turning them in to the better business bureau. They should be ashamed of trying to rob young kids. They are a disgusting company.​

They towed the car to their lot and they wanted my neices to pay them $900 and sign over the title of the car for the tow fee. She was not allowed to get her belongings from the car twice unless she paid them $900 and signed over the title. She had to get the state police involved to get her belongings from the car. She did sign the title to the car over to them but they are now taking her to court for $900! They take advantage of women or others that do not know this practice is not legal under the Public Service Commission guidelines for a towing business or any other business that operate under a certificate of need. These people are nothing but thugs and very bad business people who break the law and make legitimate towing companies look bad. They are an embarrassment to the towing and recovery industry and have a long track record of violations. Worst company by far that I have ever seen in 50 years of being in the towing industry.
