They offer photos there, but upon arrival, we were informed that their camera was broken. They told us to come here to Artwin Graphics and they would get our photos to us quickly. Well, they did! The lady took my picture. I didn't like it, so she retook it. My husband and I waited less than 10 minutes and got our photos to take back to the post office. It was $30 (maybe a little more with tax... I can't remember). I didn't know this place existed and I never intended to go there, but I was very happy with the outcome of this unexpected errand.

Customer service is terrible. I am more than disappointed in how the job was handled. Emailed asking for a quote and sent examples of what I wanted. I was emailed asking to call and leave a credit card in order to start the job. It was Thursday at 5pm, their closing hours, so I did not call back right away. Over the weekend I made edits to my signs since I believed they wouldn't start the job until they had payment. I called 9 AM Monday and then was told that the job was already printed. I was charged for a sign I did not want. No offer to remedy their mistake. It left a poor taste in my mouth. To make matters worse, they overcharged me for what was originally quoted and charged my card without confirmation that the quote had changed. No response when trying to reach a resolution. As a business owner myself I feel like miscommunication on their side should have been taken accountability for.

Some left on their own, but most either went belly up or were evicted. I got to know almost all of them and the Texas Store, Central Park Hot dogs, Pier Treasurses, etc.....all kind of told me the same thing....that the landlord makes Leona Helmsly look like a saint.... The rents are ridiculously high and the nutty landlord would not allow them to have banners or bandit signs. The cafe on the second floor was great, but couldn't get any foot traffic because the "insane" landlord wouldn't allow him to have banners. No one could find his restaurant..... Studio Fit was doing well and expanded to another suite and then the landlord made her remove her bandit signs and shortly after that it was bye bye Studio Fit. Currently, most of the building seems empty......could it be the absurdly high rents or maybe the lack of banners.... Twisted Sister seems to be the last hold out retail shop in the building.....I urge you to rush to this shop, because, one, it is great, and two,....who knows how long they will last..... Twister Sister will not say anything bad about the management, half of her store is shared with the landlord.... The poor people who owned the Texas Store really got screwed. They were evicted, because they didn't want the landlord to start repairs until they had a chance to see the damage from Hurricane Ike. The landlord put the eviction notice up before they could return from the evacuation. She said she evicted them for inhibiting her repair efforts after the storm....
