We live on a few acres, so the backyard is quite a ways from the street and was extremely shocked to randomly looked outside and see everything just sitting by the street in the wet grass. You would think with how much it costs and the delivery fee, they would at least knock on the door to see where you would like it dropped. Super disappointing. I will update my review after the product is installed. They made it very clear not to leave it sitting in the sun because the stickers can melt to the panels and it was delivered and is now sitting in the hot Texas sun, so hopefully it won't damage it before it is installed tomorrow.

Kim was a great resource in helping to review the best and most cost effective way to purchase the generator and how the whole process would evolve. Unlike other providers, they are straightforward and do not offer a bunch of other unnecessary add ons. Their goal was to provide a quality and cost effective finished product. Parco staff call you or text you back promptly responding to a question or request. When they made a commitment to schedule the installation, they stood by it. They explain what they are going to accomplish and why they are doing it that way. Aaron and his crew showed up on time and the installation was complete in about 4.5 hours. They do not take shortcuts and use high quality materials. Parco and the subcontractors were very professional and helpful. Even more important they have a rock solid maintenance and emergency response plan following the installation. Aaron and Wayne arrived on time and worked hard all day to install two lanterns and six can lights. To install the lanterns, they had to cut through drywall and brick to run electrical cable from the attic. Despite all the work to install the lights (on a hot November afternoon, none the less!), they left without a mess, and even swept and mopped the area they were working. Aaron and Wayne were courteous and professional all day - I truly enjoyed them working in the house! We most certainly will have them back out! In fact, we've already booked them for another project! Rick also recommended a paver installer contractor (see review for Amador Pavers) who was also excellent. Rick's prices are extremely fair. I was surprised that we could afford to get the same tile in pavers for our pathways given we needed over 300 16" X 16" pavers. The cost was just a bit more them using concrete formed pavers. Rick communicated quickly and frequently. He delivered exactly when we needed and when he committed to. He gave me multiple different tiles/pavers on loan to test. Also, these pavers are really high quality and beautiful. If I had more places for them, I'd put in more. Please see pics (if I can add them) of the final paver path project
