Jim Anderson…read more called way past his appointment time of 8 AM at 10:30 am saying he was having trouble with his truck and he would be here in a hour. Jim arrived around noon and he says he needed a longer hose and a permit from the city and that he would be back this afternoon. Jim never came back or called .So I Called the city and he hadn't got the permit or every been there. I left a message for him after 4 pm and he never called back. Jim finally calls the next day and says his pump is broke and he would call when it was fixed. I told him no thanks and we would find someone else. We called a different sewer Co. and they came out the day same.

This company did a septic repair for us recently. I would recommend staying away from them. The…read morework was not completed as promised. The yard is now a disaster area. The yard is an acre, and about half of that is now in need of major repair. They didn't seed the mound or the areas that they destroyed.(they literally threw a handful of seed here or there). The mound is so steep on one side that we are trying to figure out how we're going to cut it. They had leftover sand and rather than take it with them, they just spread it out in a four inch layer that now has to be removed in order to grow any grass there again. They tried to cut corners wherever possible. Tried to use the twenty year old pump rather than a new one. These people are not the easiest or the most pleasant to deal with. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG THUMBS DOWN IN MY BOOK!!!!!!!!
