I had this company install a mound septic system for me a few years ago. He had done some excavating work for us a few years before that and he did pretty decent work and he seemed like a nice guy so we thought we'd hire him to do our septic too. Unfortunately the wiring for the above ground alarm that lets you know when you need to clean the filter was not installed correctly from the beginning. A few weeks after the septic was installed the alarm went off so we checked the filter, it was still clean and in good condition, and we followed all of the instructions in the owners manual but we still couldn't get the alarm to turn off so we had to turn off the breaker for it in the electrical box in the house. My husband and I had called and asked the owner two different times to come out and fix it and a relative of ours that knows him personally also asked him to come out and fix it as well and each time he blew us off and never showed up to do the work as promised. He even admitted to me over the phone that he knew it wasn't done right because he had similar problems with a few other customers because the electrician he subbed the work out to didn't wire them correctly. The bottom line is that the owner of this company does not stand behind his work or his word. I've tried to be fair and I've been more than patient but my patience have run out. Unfortunately I'm just going to hire another company to come out and fix it because it's pretty clear GN has no intentions of fixing the work that wasn't done properly from the start.

Made an appointment with this company the said they were booked out for 11 days. Jim Anderson…read more called way past his appointment time of 8 AM at 10:30 am saying he was having trouble with his truck and he would be here in a hour. Jim arrived around noon and he says he needed a longer hose and a permit from the city and that he would be back this afternoon. Jim never came back or called .So I Called the city and he hadn't got the permit or every been there. I left a message for him after 4 pm and he never called back. Jim finally calls the next day and says his pump is broke and he would call when it was fixed. I told him no thanks and we would find someone else. We called a different sewer Co. and they came out the day same.
