Made an appointment with this company the said they were booked out for 11 days. Jim arrived around noon and he says he needed a longer hose and a permit from the city and that he would be back this afternoon. Jim never came back or called .So I Called the city and he hadn't got the permit or every been there. I left a message for him after 4 pm and he never called back. Jim finally calls the next day and says his pump is broke and he would call when it was fixed. I told him no thanks and we would find someone else. Our septic alarm went off late in the afternoon so my husband and I called several companies who…read moreeither didn't call back or couldn't come out. So we happened to call Ende Septic, llc, out of Rogers Minnesota, because their website indicated that they do 24/7 work. They promptly got in touch with us and troubleshot the problem via text and said they would have someone arrive the next morning between 8:30-9:00am. The next morning the technician arrived promptly at 8:30 and he was professional, knowledgeable, and nice! He found and fixed the problem (float switch) quickly and put things back better than he found them. It is such a breath of fresh air to get service like that. We will DEFINITELY be using them as our septic company next time we need routine service or if an emergency arises again. And this is NOT a paid or promotional review.
