I had one pine tree and one my neighbor and I split the cost of. He had seven others done. I live…read morein a townhome and have no backyard access except through my home. My next door neighbor has a gated access. We had the fence between us removed so my clean up was done through his yard. He had hired these people and that is why I went with them at the same time. I feel totally ripped off. Especially after I called and told them about the problems and was told "this is the first time I am watching the news this week" and didn't want to talk to me about it. I have not heard back from them. Clean up was part of the cost, even written on the contract twice as he knew how important it was to me. It was done very poorly. Broken and crushed stepping stones, small tree debris all over my small yard. The stump left is unevenly cut and about a foot tall. The cost for the tree and a half was way more than my neighbor paid for his 7 1/2 and he had stump grinding done on 5 of his. He had a lot of wood chips left but not the small branches, smashed concrete pieces, broken fence pieces that I did. They knew I am not only a senior lady but have some disabilities and that I have to hire help with the yardwork. Now I will have to hire someone to clean up and haul away of ten 18" patio stones that will need to come thru my home. Rip off!!!
