They did not come pick my appliances, though the day before I called, and we were agreed on the pick up fee. The next day morning we saw a metal pick up truck drove by and slowed down by our house, but short after they just turned around and left. I tried to call them but they hung up on me, I tried to call a couple times more but no response at all on phone nor text. EvenThough it won't be a big deal that you cannot pick up my stuff, but this kind of flakey business manner is not appreciable. If you can't do it all you have to do is let your customers know instead of doing that. read more
