D'annata has been around for nearly a decade and is always on trend. The store smells incredible and has a gift for every person on your list, especially yourself. The candles, room sprays, oils are incredible. I am always going back for the luxury hand creams, soaps and body oils for top gifts and restock my collection. This boutique is full of lovely, feminine, sweet, comforting, unique items and gifts. There's lusciously soft pajamas, shabby chic types of bedding, candles, and a sweet section of baby items. The exact kind of place you'd go shopping for a girlfriend or your mom. Right now (before Christmas time) there was a sale on the baby items! I think it was 20% off I got the most sweet jellycat frog prince and some milk barn pajamas for her. I was eyeing these slipping they have for myself j might have to stop in this week! The staff is extremely nice, they wrapped my items up in a beautiful way and it would be sufficient to hand someone a gift they way they package it up for you with tissue and ribbon. read more

Everything including the fixtures, shelving, tables, wall art, or chandeliers are purchasable in this attractive store. It does appear femenine, but the products they sell cater also to/for: Baby clothes Lingerie Bedding Bride & groom Kitchen/dining Furniture/living Pampered pets Aromatherapy Bath Books Shelving/tables You'll find a really nice present here for that special occasion. I purchased a diffuser that smelled amazing. However the scent triggered a reaction in my son's breathing. I attempted to take it back for a store credit and although thr women were nice they WERE NOT accommodating AT ALL. They offered sympathy then said there was nothing they could do. One of the women said the manager would be in the next day and then still said "There is nothing we can do." Their response was completely unacceptable to an unsatisfied customer. And not unsatisfied because the product was bad but my son had a reaction to it and it cause some issues with his breathing... For this reason, I will never go back into this establishment and will be sure to spread the word about my experience... read more

I have stopped in this store about three times now. The first time the owner was pleasant and is very friendly. The second time not a word from the associate that was working. This also occurred on my most recent visit, which during that time there were two other ladies browsing the store together. The store is very small so it's not like the associate didn't see me, in fact she looked up from the desk when I walked in, and, no, she was not helping anyone at the register the entire time I was in the store. Minus the lack of customer service this is a great store to check out. The decor is on the shabby chic side and if you are looking for a gift you could find it here. Decorative items, books, journals, candles, clothing, wall signs, accent furniture, mirrors, baby and wedding items. With that being said if I'm going to go unnoticed unless I'm making a purchase I think I can find another place to spend my money. read more

This is one of my favorite stores. All of the ladies who work there are so kind and helpful. They are doing delivery orders now which is a game changer. I was able to send a gift to my girlfriend on her birthday when I was out of town. I LOVE this store... best customer service!!! read more

The store, itself, is adorable and so my style. However, this is a generous 2-star review because of the snobby customer service by that blonde that was there on Saturday (yesterday). Owners, if you are reading this- check your scheduling to see who this refers to. I get the 'glance-over' as I walk into the shop and start browsing. She only said hello because I made eye contact and pretty much forced out a "how are you". As someone who has been in sales for nearly 20 years myself and as Training as my specialty, dude, I was damn near tempted to do some on-the-spot coaching. Tone, facial expressions, body language - everything about her was screaming to me that "I didn't belong there". Nevermind I came to shop. Nevermind that I perused the entire store before committing to a location that offered easy engaging to make a sale. Nevermind that the entire time I was in there, i was the one who stayed the longest as everyone filtered in and out in mere minutes. "You can't take pictures". "That's not what it smells like." "Oh, I don't know.". Do you want to make your daily sales goals or what? Forget it. I took pictures of the names of the brands of products I liked and I will order direct from them. What a lovely shop--so refreshing to browse in a place that's locally owned. So many things to look at like candles, organic things, towels, blankets, oils, fun gifts, lip gloss, etc. I found an 1803 Candle just perfect for a friend. Debbie, the clerk in the store today, was so sweet and helpful. They offer hosting an event/party (free of charge!) where you pick a night, invite friends (they'll help with the emails) and you have a party right there in the store. They provide food and drinks (again, at no charge), and as a way of giving back to the community, a portion of your party's proceeds go to the local charity of your choice. How cool is that?! I'm definitely going to schedule one. Do yourself a favor and check this little gem out--you'll be glad you did! read more

This is a small cute store with unique items shabby chic style however, the reason I'm giving it one star and let me emphasize I'm being generous with it!!! When I walked into the store with my friend we greeted the person at the cash register with a smile and a hello (I found out later on it was the owner of the store... ) she didn't respond with a hello, welcome or can I help you find anything...totally ignoring us in a stuck up snobby way. I really don't know who she think she is talk about RUDE!!! The lack of customer service zero interaction with customers why bother having a store?? I have worked inside Tivoli since it opened and I am so glad that this boutique opened! I have never gotten my wife a gift she didn't love- The last three occasions (Christmas, Birthday, and Valentine's Day) I have gotten my wife a small item from here and each time the "small item" has outshined the main gift I bought for her- candles, coffee table books, conversation pieces, and clothing- I have gotten it all here and have never been disappointed- I have my eye on some of their furniture pieces too... they really have great gifts for any and all occasions. read more
