I waited a while to write this review because I genuinely loved the products--the quality was excellent, and the scents were amazing. The story behind the company is also inspiring, which initially drew me in. However, I was really put off by my interaction with the owner. Unfortunately, she came across as rude and demeaning, which was disappointing given the brand's positive image. I also noticed that her employees seemed uncomfortable and apologetic, possibly due to her demeanor. It's a shame, because the products are truly great. I stumbled upon an IG post saying that With Love & Co was offering a special deal for teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week. I decided to pre-order the dark spot remover which is perfect especially as we roll into summer. The 15% was automatically applied but you could either pick up in store and get a free gift or pay $7-$9 for shipping. I knew I was going to be in the area running an errand so I knew having it ready for pick up would be easy. I messaged them on IG asking the easiest way to access the shop and they quickly let me know there was short term parking right in front or next to H&M. That kind of responsiveness was an extra star in my book. I drove over around 4:30pm on Friday, May 6. Lucky for me there was a spot right in front of H&M which is directly across the street from WithLove & Co. Approaching the store, I immediately got a relaxed and fresh vibe between the adorable bike outside and the clean, bright, and organized vibe inside. I was immediately greeted and asked if I was having a good day or if I needed anything. I told her I was picking up an order. She immediately grabbed a cute little gift bag with my name and phone number on it. She then told me that because I came to pick it up, I would get a free sugar scrub. She asked which scents I was partial to and I said nothing too overpowering but probably something like vanilla or cucumber melon. She showed me an entire display with numerous scents. Every single thing I smelled was nearly edible. Thank goodness I wasn't hungry! The more I smelled the harder it was to choose (genius marketing really) but I decided to settle on the vanilla. I continued to walk around and just browse and take pics for future reference. Along with bath scrubs they have skin care, lotions, clothing, decor, salts, stickers, totes, and more. Don't pass by this delightful little store in downtown Summerlin! Locally owned and operated! They have balms for healing and for sleep, joint pain, and other skin related problems. They even make scented sugar scrubs and have other vendors in the store as well with cute items like bath bomb cupcakes, coffee mugs, etc. They have a dramatic true story that highlights the father of the family having been healed of skin burns through these special balms. We visited this beautiful store on a recommendation, when we were visiting family. Let me tell you, when you walk in the store you are greeted by a new friend not a traditional sales person, but someone who truly wants to help make your life better! You MUST check this place out! If you love natural soaps, lotions, "homemade" products, gifts, signs, wall deco... on and on and on I love this place! You can smell it befor you even get to it, and the smells are fresh, and what you want your home to smell. The story of how it came to be intrigued me as I am ever looking for lotions and skin treatments to help with scars, flaws and skin damage. The owner/creator of the products made their first product after her husband got severely burned on his face and body, and had extreme scaring. She made compounds and creams and I kid you not, he has zero scaring! And with love & co was born! They started small and hit farmers markets etc, and now they have a very large and beautiful store. (No, I do not work here, I simply love this store... I know how it seems when you read a review that tells the story and you automatically think that it is someone that works for the company. Not the case here) Because of skin damage I too have, I purchased and got a few samples with the direction of the owner of which creams to try and use. So I have been only using the cream on my left arm for 30 days, just so I could see the difference and if there was any improvement. I cannot even begin to tell you that my skin has started to become a creamy white and all the blotches have started to disappear, and I am noticing a few of the fine lines are looking more less fine and more vanished. Not only do they work, they smell great and they even have seasonal merchandise and creams for the season! I just got some pumpkin spice cream for the Fall season, and since I am a fairly new client, I will keep you posted on what happens and what I find for the winter seasons! it is with great sadness that I write this review on Sunday. I traveled a very long way from the other end of town the Aliante Hotel the website says you close Sundays at 7 PM. I called and confirm that I got to the store at 6:30, which is the soonest I could arrive your girls were mopping and cleaning up and told me that they closed early today. There was no notice there was no note on the door. I asked her I just wanted to buy a few deodorants and I'll pay cash. They said the registers were closed. I said you could take cash and then just make a seal for the next day. I told her how long it takes me to get here and how, the website she said unfortunately today we just closed early. Just left this really cute store trying to buy 22 BOGO body scrubs for a bridal shower that were physically marked at a price of $9.75 or $10.75. When I went to be rung up by the associates working there they said because of inflation the body scrubs were not actually that printed price but around $13 and some change in their system. So they tried to charge me at that price instead of honoring what was marked on the product. Even with inflation (7.5%) the total would have been around $151/$153 and they tried to charge me around $175/$180. The Manager offered me a 5% discount but needless to say they didn't get my business over a difference of like $30. I have never heard of a business not honoring their price tag. I should mention the associates were great and very welcoming. read more

The owners here are the sweetest people. I met Scott at the Tivoli local farmer's market about 3 years ago. He told me his personal story, which was so touching and inspiring. I was hooked on the original "Healing Balm" as a hand salve or even on my face, and I continued using it on my belly through my whole 2nd pregnancy (no stretch marks!!) One batch was a little textured and his wife replaced it for me right away and even offered me some deluxe sized samples of other products for myself and my family to use. My second child has eczema and I have found the healing balm to be an excellent moisturizer for daily use. We also love their unscented cupcake bath bombs for kids! Their shop also carries tons of cute, handmade, and unique gifts. We love that we can also easily buy the Ube cookies from their refrigerated section on a day we aren't able to make it to the farmer's market. After my baby suffered an unfortunate accident and was healing from 2nd degree burns from a hot clothing steamer and the hospital had recommended using any standard over-the-counter lotion (much like Scott had experienced), I knew we would need 2 large refills for our healing balm supply at home. I met Scott again in the shop and he even offered us a discount after listening to what had happened to my child because my little baby is a burn victim.... This store is a gem! All the products are made from natural ingredients! My family and I first discovered them at a farmers market, we first purchased the healing balm for my toddlers eczema. We were amazed with the results and so glad to get away from steroids. We then tried other products and have loved them all. I suffer from muscle pain and highly recommend the magnesium balm. Also their bath products are amazing, I use the heaven and chamomile/rosemary to soak my aching muscles.
