Dr. D'Arienzo himself was a positive experience. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for his office staff and office management. The lack of communication and support from the administrative side ultimately led me to seek care elsewhere. When paying a high out-of-pocket cost, a patient should reasonably expect timely responses and basic administrative assistance without having to repeatedly chase down staff. While I was incarcerated and unable to personally call the office, my mother contacted them simply to inform them that I would not be able to attend my appointment. She was not asking for any medical information, only trying to notify them on my behalf. Despite this, I was later charged the full amount for the one-hour session I could not attend. After I was released, I called the office to address the issue and was told that the office manager was out all week and that no one else, including Dr. D'Arienzo, could make a decision. I left a message requesting a return call and never received one. When I followed up again the next week, I was told the office manager was out yet again and that I should call back on Tuesday when she returned. When I asked why there was no one else who could assist, I was simply told to call back. At that point, I explained that I would no longer be using their services because of the poor customer service and lack of concern. The response I received was essentially "thank you and have a nice day," with no effort to resolve the matter or show any concern for the patient experience. It is disappointing because Dr. D'Arienzo himself was excellent, but the office support surrounding him was extremely poor. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. read more

Went through a divorce, both me and my ex-wife are decent people but we disagreed on timeshare. because ex-wife reused to agree with standard guidelines we had to go through a social service investigation. Which was absurd. It is all about the money, not about helping families. This office and parent coordinator Cynthia Salameh are both horrible. We had to visit Ms Salameh a handful of times and each time she just gave "advice" that favored the woman, when challenged about her not being legally binding she changed her "advice". Complete waste of time. Read the other reviews, do not fall for the tricks of the family court system - this is all about the money, they do not help families. read more

Extremely impolite and rude. How do people expect you to get help when they make it impossible. I was told I HAVE to put a card on file for my appt to be secured. My parents live in California and still pay for my medical bills. I asked if I could have the hour to give my mom a call and have her call the office to put a card on file right away. I was told extremely condescendingly that no, I can write the card number down and then call back myself and reschedule the appointment. I was put on hold multiple times for no apparent reason and had to repeat myself multiple times. Not a kind person at all. I hope everyone is not like this, but I won't find out cause I will be taking my business elsewhere. Especially paying $300 freaking dollars and being treated like that. Absolutely not. Not to mention they say they open at 8. I called prob 5 times between 8-9 trying to get ahold of someone before I went into work and all phones were OFF. Not even just busy- completely off. Unprofessional. Also HILARIOUS that all the "good" review are for the online course and all the "bad" reviews are about the people and practice in person. He was the Court Appointed Social Investigator on our case - selected and primarily paid for by my husband. Paid over 30k, with other questionable amounts just to have it thrown out after 2.5 years due to his disqualification. I can't say I'm sad because it was so poorly written, with numerous errors, biased, false information and lacked any essence of what one would expect for that amount. I seen this man years ago, I will tell you he never seemed to want to address major issues or take the time to listen and actually help. if you are military veteran, don't think he is better because he was a former Navy Psychologist. I brought my spouse in, who was Navy and he absolutely hated any therapists, I got him to come in. Justin was late and took this kid over me and my spouse. When he did take us back we got 15 minutes and he charged the full amount. The insurance paid, but I still had a co-pay to pay. He only cares about image, his office. No one cares if your office is perfect as long as it is clean. His wife thinks she can interrupt sessions to bring in his coffee. Why could he not bring it in prior to the session and what is his wife is some slave? I bet he thinks that we females have the hots for him. That is the farthest from the truth. I was suffering from depression and if you really have depression this guy will not want you as a patient, bc that is just too much responsibility for him. He probably was getting paid $160 an hour plus the $25 co-pay. Although this was yrs ago, I had bad depression and suicidal ideation, I needed to get through that and understand why. I had called him at the time off hours very suicidal and he got mad because he was at a party. I was admitted by my spouse calling 911 and got help in the hospital. A Navy chaplain from my spouses command came to the hospital and talked with me. Was more help than Justin. When I was discharged from the hospital, I made a regular appointment to see Justin. Little did I know when I drove over an hour there and paid the $25 co-pay, this man threatens to call the police on me. Did not do anything other than walk in to the front desk, where his wife stated I need to pay $25. I paid, quietly sat down expecting to have a session with him. He comes out saying to me, "to leave or I'm gonna call the police." All he had to say was leave, I left, there was no reason for that. I didn't yell or engage in any way for that kind of behavior. I just left to my car and when I got home, told my Navy spouse of this attack on me. He said the idiot man just wanted your co-pay & figured I was just a responsibility. I found another therapist and I didn't stay in therapy anymore, realizing that it's a scam. I volunteered, did more social things. Enjoyed my kids and it was Justin crap that day, I really don't care for these over paid stupid therapists to only want money Those yrs passed and the depression was not there as much or very little. I find out this 'perfect' Justin was a alcoholic. Wow that blew my mind! just because you see a fancy title or he is on a morning news show, for 4 min or a few articles in a magazine, or taking pictures with ppl, doesn't mean his office is good. Those are the worst ones. I watch out for those offices. He wants your money and thats it. He's not there to 'help' he's there to make money. He wants the big house, his kids to have it all and you pay for it. I bet he's pushing this marriage course and that's a scam as well. please just do yourself a favor and stay the hell away from a grown ass man trying to act 23 yrs old and wanting this so called "fame" or something, it's fake and it's sad good luck and if you want therapy research good psychologists, that are not all over the internet. Worst Experience EVER! Dr Lipzin was a few minutes late but still concluded our session at the scheduled time so I was shorted. He even lied to me when he concluded the appointment and told me he had other people to see when I was the last appointment for the day. During the session he tried to upsell Dr Justin D'arienzo pre-marital courses multiple times even after I told him I have some one I am seeing for that. I have already completed per-marital counseling and currently have a Marriage Counselor. But he insisted Justin is the best. It's just $40 and online. I should really try him out. When I left the office I felt he didn't care at all. Provided no real feedback and lied to me. I was pissed when I left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU WASTE YOUR TIME. It is confirmed that Justin was recently disqualified on multiple court-appointed cases in NE Florida. Justin was the Parenting Coordinator for our family and he did nothing while my child was being neglected. He asked the other parent if he thought he could keep the vulnerable adult child from walking under the Fuller Warren Bridge with homeless men while under his care. Justin allowed the other parent to reschedule the day of and no-show for 6 months while charging me for emergency emails. His involvement was detrimental and also wasted time and money during a critical time. Paid for the pre-marital course for my state. Did the course as directed. It was so-so at best. Links did not work, and some of videos were a bit rambling. Good thing we had already done much prework before this course. Received a certificate in the mail a couple weeks later. We both took time off work to bring certificate into the county courthouse to pay for and obtain discounted marriage license of $40, vs $115 without counselling aspur final step in process. Sworn in, paperwork done, then to pay. Handed over the certificate sent to me that was signed by Dr. D' Arienzo's notary. Court admin says, we have a problem". The Notary is not valid because they did not stamp it. The wedding is in 9 days, so not enough time to get another, take more time from work, etc. so paid the full price for license. Called to Dr. D' Arienzo's office on the drive home from courthouse. First person offered refund for the course, yeah that is great, but I asked about the fact that I got to pay the full price when I did what I was supposed to do while they made the error, not due to anything I did or did not do. She said she would have to have her manager call me back. The manager called and said they are sorry for the "human error" and that they will only reimburse for the course fee. She also mentioned that "sometimes we have to pay for the mistakes of others, and that is a part of life" Guess I am paying for this mistake today. We trusted this practice. Dr. D'Arienzo was too busy with his silly TikTok videos of narcissism to handle our case. My son was given to a young Dr not equipped to handle schizophrenia. He was asking for help and ready to take meds or do whatever to live with normalcy. Rather than listen to care or treat this young Dr listened to retry his case for which my son had fulfilled his sentence. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU WANT HELP. This Dr. Exceeded his limits. We were to have a report on a short time of seven days. Everyone knew that. The Dr spoke to me letting me know I had 15 min with leading questions rather than an apparent (my interpretation for how I felt about the call - I don't know his thoughts.) regard to understand and get a picture of my son. He also spoke to my other son. Both me and my other son let him know in solid language that there were NEVER signs of violence. The so. I speak of is quiet and gentle. He is damaged from army service with compounded what I now think after much study of high functioning autism spectrum. Which is why I trusted Dr. D'Arienzo. The report was delayed and when I emailed and the patient emailed to clarify from the leading interview we were told that "additional charges would be applied". He never answered. When I asked for a report, I was told "He will give a report to whom he deems necessary." This Dr. took independent counter measures against my son. We paid and never have received a report or the follow up consultation of any kind. Because of the behavior and lack of communication, my son signed for no report to be supplied to authorities. That's when the Dr. took it upon himself to take counter devastating measures. Don't expect real psychiatry here. Just like any field these psychiatrists are a dime a dozen maybe hotter on TikTok. I wish we could have found someone passionate and knowledgeable and with a heart to understand and treat. It's time consuming I realize and requires listening to discern, treat, and help. read more

Dr. D'Arienzo is one of the most respected in his field for a reason and it was clearly evident from my experience with him. He clearly explained the process and was very professional. The office staff was always on top of things and very quick in returning calls etc. My divorce was an extremely high profile/high conflict case because of the other party. He is biased, and allowed me to be talked down to, yelled at, and actually joined in talking down to me and disregarding all of my concerns. I got exactly what I wanted for the kids in court, despite his report which was inaccurate and biased toward the man so I am not upset with him due to losing in court. I went to this site to take their pre-marital course. After paying the fee, I waited for my login credentials to be emailed to me, as the site stated it should have been within seconds. After waiting several hours I had to pay another site for the same class. That is because I was set to get married the next day and needed to complete the class so that I could waive the 3day waiting period and also a reduced fee with the county. Now, yes the website stated their refund policies and no it does not claim to refund for any reasons unless the course was purchased twice accidentally. So, i found it peculiar that i got my login credentials the next day and ONLY AFTER, I emailed Dr. Arienzo directly. I called and explained the issues and asked them if they would go ahead and refund the 20 bucks no big deal. Of course they gave the typical response and as of yet nothing. I made the purchase on 2-19-2020. Its only 20 dollars but a stand up business can easily absorb that and make a customer happy and provide good customer service. read more

I do not recommend this Dr. The price I was quoted up front and paid for ahead of time jumped up considerably at the end and my report was held until this extra hidden cost was paid for. The final report had numerous errors and incorrectly quoted me many times throughout. Many part of the discussions were ignored and not included. A big waste of money! read more
