Well I got my state check which was fairly small, after maybe a week and here I am about 8 weeks later without my federal check. It never came. I called the Diane lopes office and they said its out of their hands and to try to the IRS refund line... So I did, multiple times.... For about 5 days straight... I waited in 99 restaurant and got a call just before midnight. Here is the killer! You have to park in a dark alley between 2 mills and many homeless panhandlers are nearby. I saw a rat running along the building which grossed out my girlfriend. I had to talk her out of the car. This is crazy!!! He has a disgusting office layered with years of dust on top of copy paper boxes piled high crushing them. He leaves to the bathroom every 15 minutes. As if that wasn't bad enough he kept falling asleep while working. Several times I stomped my foot to wake him. No not kidding. Read other reviews. At one point he fell asleep with his hand on the keyboard. Not zzzzzzzz although it should have been. We contemplated tiptoeing quietly out the door and shutting the lights off. (Except seemingly less well organized.) You spend your time wondering what the heck (feel free to insert alternative language) is happening and come out the other end with elegant math and a pile of unexpected ducats. He's extremely creative and personable. His office is a black hole of time and compressed clutter. (Bring some Dostoyevsky as you will have plenty of time to finish it.) Customer service is, shall we say, unique, running the gamut from nonexistent to quite helpful at times. Great folks though! Not for the faint of heart but well worth the kraaazee ride.
