My initial email to her reaching out had an immediate response with follow up questions which I returned, knowing planning a party is a time sensitive matter, especially for bookings. I hadn't heard back in over a day until I followed up with the dreaded "hey circling back" to then discover the inspirational images didn't go through, which would have been helpful to know earlier. Then sending everything again, I still didn't hear back, not even a confirmation that images went through this time. I get businesses are busy, but it's in poor taste to not send a courtesy email saying "Please excuse delayed responses due to X, Y, and Z." That way I know I'm not being left in the dark. I emailed Concierge Girl my frustration which then of course got an immediate email back with an apology and a "sorry it didn't work out this time...hope you find someone else to work with." I'm sure she does lovely work, but the process I experienced was frustrating and unprofessional. A customer shouldn't have to chase down a business with multiple emails of "hey, confirming you got this...." "hey... I still didn't receive a quote...." There's only so many times I can email politely.
