Guillermo was prompt with answers to my questions and never tried to upsell or dodge any of my questions. Very stand up and genuinely helpful. It's easy to see why they have been in business for so long. I almost purchased this tv from Best Buy for 1500$ and made out with a new in box for less than 1000$. Never again will I pay for a tv from a big box store Thanks Guillermo!
