The offices and examining rooms are very clean and sanitary. Masks are mandatory. You will be given the usual blood pressure check, height verification and weight confirmation. Then a series of breathing tests while you are hooked up to an ECG. Finally, you do a stress test on a elevating treadmill to measure your heart's beats per minute. Overall, everything takes about a couple of hours but a small price to pay for heart prevention and maintenance. Overall, great experience and hopefully peace of mind.

For context my mom doesn't like being in small, enclosed spaces which she would need to be to complete all the test. (She let the workers know this prior to the test and they agreed that she would be able to complete all the tests but one with the door open). When time came to do the one test with the door closed my mom got nervous and asked for the door to be reopened. A few minutes later she let the worker know that she was ready for the door to be closed / to do the test. The girl administrating the test said she wasn't going to let my mom do the test that she came in for because "didn't feel like calling the ambulance today". Wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone let alone anyone that deals with anxiety as the staff couldn't care less.

Dr. Ali has helped me through life threatening conditions, ongoing chronic and acute care requiring hours of referrals, going to bat with specialists, working with my pharmacist and all the while keeping me in the loop. His staff are the best and always make me feel welcome and cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Ali and thank him so much for being my doctor. Wait times can be horrible, but I think that is true of any medical appointment. Dr. Mentz also often makes snap judgments, but she hasn't lead me wrong yet. I've never had to wait for more than a week to see her, and she is very amicable and listens to your concerns. She never makes me feel dumb for asking questions, and will explain a little bit of the background behind your ailment (eg: Knee pain can be caused by...). She will take as much time with you as you need. While I think Dr. Mentz is a wonderful doctor, I haven't have any experience with her partners and cannot comment on them.

I had followed a previous doctor to 4 different clinics around the city before she left for Toronto. My son and I did a meet and greet with Dr. Rana Al-bayati and found her to be very efficient. I have seen her now 5 or 6 times in the last year and half and even just the simplest of visits i.e. prescription refills, she takes the time to ask thorough questions. I had put off a few things like some blood work before my appointment and she won't just let you slide if she needs the results. I can procrastinate like the best of them but If I wanted to move on to what I wanted, I had to do what she needed. Very impressive! Maybe not at the moment (haha) My 95 years old mother was not feeling well one day and of course I panicked and did not want to take her to any walk-in centre, so I phoned the clinic and asked if we could just walk in. They said yes and I rushed down and because she was not a patient she was seen by the next available doctor when they were available. Dr. Alaa Ali checked over my mom and found she was stable, and we went for blood work. The results came in and we were notified to come in and now my mom has a treatment routine. If anyone wants to know she is doing very well for a woman of her age. We just came back from Los Cabos yeah. The receptionists require a shout out as they are excellent to deal with. This is clinic is small and I wanted to keep this info to myself but how can I when they are just super terrific.
