They were more than fair on price. they did phenomenal work, and were most pleasant throughout the entire process. They worked their buts off to put up a steel roof and vinyl siding in wicked cold temperatures and had it done in a matter of days. They were kind, courteous and professional and did a great job. They not only got the job done quick they did so with attention to detail, they completely cleaned up after themselves, and did hesitate to come back and finish a few small details that they could not finish again because of my poor planning. We purchased a fireplace insert from Window and Door Store, a local Green River business, a couple…read moreof years ago. The Lopi fireplace insert has stopped blowing heated air. We contacted Window and Door Store several times for troubleshooting and repair services and they will not send anyone to our home to do this. If we had known how poor they were going to perform customer support we would not have purchased the [expensive] fireplace insert from Window and Door Store. I have to rate them as 1 star. Their installers did a poor job installing the carpet in our living…read moreroom. We called shortly after it was installed. He said he would be out to fix the problems, but he never showed up or called back. we reached out to him in person and we were told that the person we needed to talk to was not in so we left our name and phone number, but they never called. once again we contacted them in person to ask if they could restretch the carpet. witch it needed in part due to the poor installation job. and they gave us a ridiculously high quote. when the carpet was installed their installers spent their night sleeping in their truck in our driveway. at this point, as it has been a few years since they installed the carpet it has stained and it is falling apart in places I do not feel we go the carpet we paid for. it was not supposed to stain and it had a lifetime guarantee against stains.

Our experience with Apex was marginal. They had to redo a couple of the replacement windows twice…read more They had the molding color backwards once, and then broke a window. Now one of the replacements has a broken seal and we can't get them to fix it. They don't answer the phone. We've been trying for several months.
