I didn't get on it immediately partly because of my schedule and health, also because beneficial critters need somewhere to live and I personally don't like suburban neighborhoods cosplaying as golf courses. But the smaller trees were being crowded out and the march of the ball moss continued and it was just time. C and his brother ran late for the original consult but everything else was perfect. Polite, enthusiastic even though they work on some huge old heritage trees--BIG jobs for big names--and this was just a little cluttered lot, a day's work for a team when they usually require two. It was important to me when he said "this is what we love doing, going in and saving trees [for the long term]." The day of? Smooth as glass. Missed one small thing on the list but did at least two others that weren't requested for the price quote. They cleaned up after themselves, they worked around circumstances, and they did that under their own steam because I was out of commission with a severe migraine. Stump from the sizable cedar they removed? What stump? No tripping hazards here, and no possum picnic table kind of stump like another removal company left in my neighbor's yard. It felt great hiring local, the price was fair, and we're happy with the results.

Scheduled appointment online to obtain quote for tree trimming and received email confirming that…read morethe appointment was accepted. Nobody showed or contacted me to make alternate arrangements. Called, left message on voicemail and received a call back from (I believe Lisa) with no apology for inconvenience or explanation as to what had occurred. She asked what my availability was for the week to which I stated other than the day I had scheduled, The next Saturday was good for me. She informed me that they work Monday thru Friday to which i again informed her that the trees were in front yard and could be accessed and evaluated without my presence. I was told that someone would be put that week to look and give me call with an estimate. A week has passed and not a word. I am astounded that a business can survive while ignoring potential customers. I strongly believe in supporting small town businesses but also think that they have an obligation to reciprocate. Will not do business with this company ever. Additional Note: I called another local company who was able travel, view the trees and provide a quote in no more than an hour and a half. Trees scheduled to be trimmed less than 72 hours later.

The team showed up just as planned and we were more than satisfied with their work and the whole process. They were professional and took care of our lawn and placement of our septic system when bringing the large equipment that was needed. The trees look great and the second shift came right out to pick up and haul off the large limbs. The entire crew takes pride in their work and it shows.

After the winter storm in February of 2021I received a quote from Healthy Oak Tree's owner Israel…read more He stated the work would be finished by the end of March due to the high demand on his crew. After numerous excuses of not being able to trim my trees he finally showed up on May 6th and trimmed five trees. I have 40 trees on my property. Israel assured me the remaining 35 trees would be trimmed prior to my son's graduation party on May 29th. On May 22nd he text me with more excuses and informs me "there's absolutely no way we can meet the deadline of May 26th". I had to reach out to another tree company to get the work finished. The other company came right out and finished the job Healthy Oak Tree's owner Israel couldn't finish. On May 26th I requested my $500 deposit back from Israel despite he trimmed five trees. He agreed to refund my deposit of $500 and would process it back onto PayPal account. After serval days with no refund I reached back out to Israel and he said he mailed it to me on May 27th. On June 9th I called and texted Israel "still no check" and his text reply was a paid in full invoice for $500. I called and texted multiple times with no answer or response from my cell however when I called him from my home number and when he answered he said he wasn't Israel and hung up on me. Hard to believe my experience is with the business owner.
