Incredible customer service. They didn't have a vase (understandable given it's the holiday season) and so texted me to let me know. They picked out a new one and asked for my approval, but it looked even better than the one I originally picked! They clearly also made thoughtful little tweaks to make it match the new vase. Super responsive, respectful, and my grandma loved her flowers. It looks even better than the website too which always feels like a gamble for flower places. I live in San Antonio and all my family is in the midland Odessa area and I've been using D'Kache for all of the birthdays and holidays for a while now. I placed a same day delivery order and Michelle called me to let me know that my original arrangement was smaller than it looked online and asked if she could change (no charge) to something bigger. Had flowers delivered to my Mother, and they were beautiful; however, they didn't seem to stay fresh as long as anticipated. My Mom called the florist and let them know. They immediately offered to deliver fresh flowers to her, and she told them that they really didn't need to do that. They insisted, because they wanted her to be happy. I called in from out of town for a flower delivery for my mother's birthday. The staff was super friendly and very excited about my mother's birthday. They made me feel confident that they would put together something special. A few hours later I got a call from my mother telling me that she had received the most beautiful flower arrangement she had ever seen and that they were making the whole house smell so nice! Highly disappointed in the quality of this arrangement; it looked like something I could pick up at the grocery store for $40 rather than $100 I spent. 1-800-flowers gave me a partial refund. read more

How sad! Insult to injury to a grieving family! Our local florist wired our plant order and this florist was the recipient of our business. Sorely disappointed in the plant that was delivered to the funeral home bone dry and with three "flowers" stuck in randomly. Thankful our florist didn't require us to pay for it but D'Kache Rose wasn't as gracious. Maybe if they had offered to replace it for the family it could have made a difference. read more
