The hostess was right there, friendly and ready to seat us either inside or outside. We chose the covered, shaded patio with views of the water, and it was perfect. The whole place is decorated with lots of local art, which gives it this relaxed, cultured, artsy vibe that just feels good. It's the kind of atmosphere that makes you slow down and enjoy the moment. My daughter ordered the chicken quesadillas and I went with a classic BLT and fries. Everything was delicious... fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying. I also couldn't resist trying their pineapple jalapeño margarita after seeing one on another table. It looked (and tasted) amazing. I'm not much of a drinker so I only had a few sips, but those few sips were worth it. The staff was attentive without being overbearing. We'll definitely be coming back with the whole family. Highly recommend if you're looking for a cute, low-key waterfront spot with good food and a lovely setting.

Also visited the Silver dolphin with my children, for Mother's Day and on St. Patrick's Day. The silver dolphin never disappoints. Hernando Beach restaurant that frequently has a short wait for seating... but is 100% worth the wait! Staff are small-town friendly and feels like home. While you wait, there is a large gift shop to peruse with decent pricing from local artists. Weather permitting, ask for seating outside. But if they are really full, the indoor seating is almost as nice (plus it has air-conditioning). Weekend specials on certain beverages, so early birds always save more money. We had the fish tacos, shrimp, tacos, watermelon Mojito, and steak sub. The fish tacos were divine and my daughter loved the shrimp tacos as well. Breakfast platters are healthy portions and also didn't disappoint. If you get there early, they have weekend mimosa and Bloody Mary specials (BOGO). Our favorite person was an elderly woman that cleans up the dishes. So incredibly sweet, kind and personable. Staff is very efficient, friendly, and food arrives rather quickly... along with beverages. Great view overlooking a canal, small deck on canal, complete with view of snapping turtles, cool breeze, shade, and areas to take pictures (dock, mermaid statues, dolphin statue, florida signage, etc.) We will definitely be back (again)!

Even though they were pretty busy at two in the afternoon we were seated promptly. We had a nice table by a window. Everything looked nice and clean at our table. Our waiter Chris came right away to get our beverage order. We always order their unsweetened iced tea with lemon. Very, good flavor, very fresh. You can order breakfast all day if that's your choice. Their menu choices are plentiful and varied. They did have a couple of new dishes for the holidays which looked enticing. I chose Cracker Barrel's Country Fried Steak with three sides. The steak was flavorful and tender. The portion size was ample. Fried to perfection and had plenty of their signature white Sawmill gravy. So delicious - a great treat. My sides were their Country Style Green Beans, Grits and Coleslaw. I don't know how they make their green beans but they taste great. I think they cook them with some bacon flavoring. Grits were fantastic as usual. I add extra butter to make them a creamy perfection. Their Coleslaw was my only slight disappointment - they lacked some seasoning for my taste buds. All in all another wonderful dining experience at a restaurant that embodies the welcoming country lifestyle. Their Country Store I could spend a fortune in is also part of the Cracker Barrel charm, I hope it never changes!

I chose a 3 egg omelette with steak, except it wasn't the frozen one and it was like pieces of steak ums and I added to that green bell peppers. It came with your choice of home fries grits and I think hashbrowns. I like home fries so I chose that. Included with that was toast. Look at my pictures. I'm telling you it was delicious and during the week. I think they're open only until 2 PM but on Friday and Saturday they're open till 7 PM. I took a lot of pictures so you can check out this place. It's Wonderful. I'm also adding a picture of my waitress Jade. She is a great waitress. I enjoyed talking to her and the Chef Rachel. They have some really good specials and pretty soon. They're gonna have Oktoberfest type food. They have so many choices to make. I think the next time I go I'm gonna get a sandwich for lunch and then I'll try dinner. You must come here and have yourself a nice meal voilà the end of My Review. Come and try it yourself. Oh, by the way this used to be my nanny's restaurant but now it's the new name. Prices are very reasonable here considering it's $15 get a big Mac and fries and a Coke. I love the decor and they have televisions that highlight things in Weeki Wachee and attractions around the area. They even have a trivia question and I think it was about Florida Panthers the real Panthers not the football team. They highlight their specials on the television and in the front they have a regular television. So let me go and post my pictures. I forgot the big theme here is mermaids in case you couldn't tell

They have breakfast and lunch and a dinner selection for those of you that eat dinner early.. I've only been here for the breakfast. You get an ample amount of food and the price is excellent. I had two eggs home fries and white toast. They have another location on Spring Hill Dr. right near Wendy's. I never tried that one but it's the same as this one. At least it's the same menu. Next time I come in, I'm gonna get lunch. If you live in Spring Hill, I highly suggest you come here to eat. They take cash or Credit card now. That was the change.

We were not greeted at the door, but from the back one of the workers said just seat yourself so we found a booth. Everything was very clean and the place had a lot of people in it so it's a very popular eatery. The food was very good. The service was very good. Our waitress came by and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing that really bothered me was the price of the food by the time we added a tip it was $38 for breakfast and that was pancake and eggs and one scrambled egg some toast, bacon and grits. It was very good. We were very satisfied and full but, not overly full. I do recommend this place but if you are willing to pay higher prices for breakfast that messes the place for you. I prefer another breakfast place that has better prices that we've been going for a long time. I won't mention their name here because this is not about their review. But yes, give this place a try.

My son and I went to breakfast - this restaurant is right next to Publix, so there's plenty of parking. Strip mall type of situation which I guess is why I've overlooked the place previously. Glad we didn't, today. The restaurant was packed!! Yet, we were able to get into the last table within a few minutes. As we sat, it seemed customer turn over was consistent too so I'm not sure anyone had a long wait. He got the ham Benny - it was delicious and big! He brought some home for later. I got Eric's Special - 2 eggs, 2 bacon, w sausage with fruit cup and a huge warm biscuit. I brought some home too. Coffee refilled several times. Put waiter was not only professional and really nice, but also funny. Apparently I have to go back and (properly) take pictures. I have to say, are very thick and fluffy. I only ordered two and two strips of bacon and some grits and I don't think I can eat all of this. They're so thick. They're very delicious the restaurant, the breakfast club, is a little noisy but that's OK. People are having a good time there's kids the kids are having a good time wheelchair accessible even the bathrooms. And the staff is very friendly and on the ball. I highly recommend breakfast club of seven Hills. You won't regret it. Great food at a high price. Just for the two pancakes, two strips of bacon and a small bowl of grits plus tip cost me $20 just for lunch. The original bill was $17 and some odd cents and I thought that was a mistake and I gave her a 20 and I said give my server this amount of tip because I always like to tip well. And she said well that would be a two dollar and some odd cent tip. She suspect that's OK. That was all the cash I had on me. And they have a great big notice on the area where you go to pay that they charge you 4% if you use a credit card! Yeah, 4%!
