I was really drawn to the oatmeal as something differen but went with the strawberry shortcake on a sugar cone. Now, normally, I'm a chocolate ice cream kind of girl, but this strawberry cheescake was smooth and creamy and just delicious. There are all kinds of flavors, including chocolate to choose as well as quite a few sugar-free selections. Glad Papa Clyde's was on my radar. My only complaint, they give out punchcards so you can get a special treat and I didn't get mine. But that's OK. It just means I get to go back!

The menu is poetry, making your heart soar and your taste buds salivate. They have a modest inventory of ice creams made on site. They are smooth, creamy, and flavorful. The service was personal and attentive. I sampled dark chocolate, coffee chip and vanilla caramel. All were delicious. I ate a dish of dark chocolate there and took home a pint of vanilla caramel.
