It's now been about 35 minutes so I called the cab company back. The man that answered the phone said he didn't get any call for a pick up. I said that I did call and speak to someone and then he hung up on me!

I remember the driver always being on time, was quick to answer a phone call/text, and was very personable as we drove to school each time. I remember him having refreshments ready too if I wanted any. I always looked forward to being driven by him. The reason why I am leaving this review now is because I was doing some cleaning and came across one of their business cards that I kept after all these years and noticed that they didn't have any yelp reviews yet...well they do now! :)

Very unprofessional!! I called this cab company last night…read moreto give a heads up that I'd need a ride this morning. I told him what time I'd need to arrive and HE TOLD ME to call again this morning and request a pickup for 7:30. I called back this morning and talked to the same guy. At first he tried to say he couldn't schedule me until i called from a non private number. Something he didn't mention yesterday when i called from the exact same number. He then allowed me to just give him my number instead and said he'd be to me at 7:30am. At 7:12 he called and asked me to come on out. I explained that i was still getting my bags together bc he told me 7:30. He says he has another customer that's in a hurry so he has to take me early. My thoughts are, why wouldn't you call me 5 minutes early or something so that i could get all my bags down the stairs and such. Who comes almost 20 minutes early and just tells someone to come out right then with no warning? I explained I'd need a few minutes and he said he was just gonna go pick up and take the guy to his destination instead and I'd just have to be picked up at a later time. I told him I'd just have to call another service who could be there at 7:30. He then RUDELY says "thanks for wasting my time". No concept of the fact that i called last night and again this morning to confirm, and that he wanted me to be 20 minutes early with no apology.....just rudeness. I ended up using Uber for the first time which I'd never planned on using bc I prefer cab companies. But my driver was quick, professional, and very friendly. Some cab companies wonder why Uber and Lyft are taking over.....and this right here is a prime example.

We had needed a ride for 7 people, 5 large suitcases and a portable wheelchair initially from the airport to the hotel near the Disney area and back again. Since 7 is one too many for your typical Uber or Lyft, I widened my search for transportation to and from the theme parks for our 10-day stay. For a well-dressed chauffer, always on time if not ahead of it, bringing you around in a comfortable luxury SUV, Marty's rates were reasonable. No regrets in taking a chance and trying him out. Will gladly do so again on our next Orlando trip. My only regret though was not having a group photo with him as we were too excited to hit the parks at opening each morning and too tired when we got home after closing them each day. Marty was that patient and flexible with our long and crazy hours. Not to mention our pushing through despite the hurricane bearing down on us. You gotta love his morning videos too - giving you your preview for the day ahead. Cheers and more power Marty!

To make matters worse, when they processed the refund, they sent it to a card that does not belong to me. I have been trying to get this resolved for almost 20 days, but customer support has been completely unhelpful. No one has taken responsibility or provided a real solution. This was clearly an error on Uber's system, but I am the one paying the price. It is unacceptable to keep a customer's money because of your own mistake. I expected much better service and accountability from a company like Uber.
