Probably one of the nicest people we have ever met. We are from the UK and were obviously nervous about booking someone we had never met/spoken to, just had email correspondence. Timothy was absolutely amazing, was there on time, friendly, not overwhelmed by the amount of luggage we had! Timothy made sure we were comfortable, water was in the car and offered to stop when we wanted and didn't mind when we all fell asleep!
