The people here are so nice. I would have loved to continue to bring them business, but I ordered a donut, a croissant, and a coffee. Coffee was fine. The croissant I ordered was turkey, egg, and cheese. I got a cold, turkey and cheese croissant. It was microwaved, but cheese and turkey were still cold. The donut tasted like oil. It was gross. Good baked goods, but anything else is a pass for me. I purchased the egg bacon bagel sandwich. Bagel was excellent, but everything in the sandwich was microwaved, including the egg. Eggs are very quick and easy to cook. Don't ruin them by throwing them in the microwave. The sandwich messed with my stomach. Don't recommend the sandwiches, but I recommend the donuts and bagels. read more

Been living in Alta loma for 17 + years, I got to Say the best, fresh donuts. But unfortunately I won't be back due to how rude the lady @ the Counter was. Apparently, half a dozen of donuts include a .50 cents fee for a box fee since "they are expensive" per her words. Just cuz a client decides on a half a dozen versus a full dozen. Why not just drop the donuts into a bag. When I asked if she was the owner, she first lied. Then as I informed just move forward with a dozen, she appeared to be ok. She even advised me that across a street donut shop does not charge for a box. When I let her know I can't believe you are willing to send a client out the door cuz I questioned your fee. Completely rude Asian lady. I will not return no matter how delicious the donuts are. In my eyes, customer service 1st Over .50 cents and sending a client across the street. Not the type of service I am use to being in service myself for the last 31 +years. I rather drive another mile for great service even if the donuts are mediocre. read more

I love this donut shop. The donuts are delicious and the people are so friendly. I've ordered large quantities of donuts for my kids classes in the past. Usually I go in and pay in advance. Last night I called to place my order of three dozen glazed. The man I spoke with asked if I could come to the store and pay in advance. I told him it was late and raining super hard so I'll just come in the morning and take my chances, hoping they would have enough.
