My wife wasn't able to pick me up so I had booked them for pickup for my return flight. There was supposed to be a BIG snowstorm in Atlanta that turned out to only be a couple of flakes; some light flurries (the Sun came out!) that didn't even stick and the roads and interstates remained open with light Atlanta traffic, which is considered heavy in other major US cities. And this Big Ike from Cleveland or somewhere has the gaul to tell me at the last minute while i'm in my seat right before takeoff. Then he says, "Sorry, I can't pick you up due to the conditions,"! What conditions!? By God, if you commit to picking someone up, you do it! Don't apologize! You take responsibility for it and don't let it happen again! Then you commit to finding a solution! I'd pick somebody up in a tank if i had to! THAT's what they SHOULD have done! And they say they run an airport transportation service!
