Their prices are fantastic! I ordered an executive sedan for my husband's birthday. His chauffeur was Frederic, he was very professional, courteous, and arrived promptly to pick my husband up and take him to work. The car was new and spotless! Please DO NOT use this company!!! I never write reviews, but wanted to warn people when dealing with Maria at Empress Elite that you make sure you understand what you are agreeing to. I told her I needed a driver for 5 hours and she quoted me for 6, but did not explain clearly after 2 different conversations that was only for 4 hours drive time and 2 hours just for the driver to get there and back. So what I thought was going to be $2,100.00 ended up being $2,850.00. When I asked her about the extra $750.00 charge and explanation she became extremely defensive. Instead of handling the situation with customer service and understanding she went directly into I'm right and your wrong and all my conversations are recorded. Her quotes are extremely misleading and be prepared to pay more than what she quotes you. I would be very careful to use this company. In my recommendation I would look else where. read more

I have started using this service since I had my baby last year - kids need so much "stuff"!!! They are easy to book, and very friendly. It's so nice to have someone drop you at the door rather than dealing with a parking bus. I have had a different driver for every trip. So far, they have all been very nice. The most recent driver asked me to load my own bags since they were heavy, that surprised me a little bit, but I think she was a little newer. I will continue to use them going forward. read more

Highly recommend and would absolutely use Empress Limo again. Based on the glowing Yelp reviews, I used Empress for my husband's 40th birthday and I'm so glad I did. As others have mentioned, the price was competitive and included all fees (taxes, tips, etc) with no hidden costs and unlimited stops. Our driver was fantastic, professional, on time and a really nice guy. We went with the stretch SUV and it turned out to be perfect for the 10 of us although it can hold up to 16 people (or maybe it's 14). I was originally planning on the regular stretch limo, which can hold up to 10 adults and I'm so glad I reserved the bigger car since we had some big men. We would have been very crowded otherwise. I highly recommend Empress limousine. I used them for my sister's wedding in Atlanta. I did not really know where to start since I don't live in Atlanta. I called a few places and everybody wanted at least 5 hour minimum. Maria offered me the best rate, let us rent for 3 hours only, and was there early with a bottle of champagne for my sister and her husband in a beautiful limo! She was very friendly and courteous. The positive: Car was on time, clean, and driver was neat. Although he drove very slowly which ate into our scheduled time, he otherwise was a good driver. The negative: I paid more than the quoted price. When I reserved they quoted one price but when they confirmed by email, on the date of the reservation (when it was too late to find an alternative) they quoted another. The difference was only $40 so I was not too ticked off. But get a written confirmation of what they say right away. I asked for one the day of the reservation but it was not sent. I had to ask again the morning of the event and that is when it was sent. read more

Below average and over priced. I don't understand the other reviews. My experience was totally second rate, and I won't be using this car service again. I really wonder if the other reviewers have used premium car services in the past, or whether they sub contracted my trip to another company. I use car services 2-3 times a week, and this one is below average for Atlanta. What I liked: 1) The customer service was very good. Maria is very responsive, and I was able to set up the appointment largely with email exchange was great. She also answers the phone quickly and seems quite professional. What I did not like: 1) Old run down car. The car sent by Empress Elite Limousine looked like it is 7-8 years old. It was one of the previous generation town cars, short wheel base, grimy run down interior, strong chemical air freshener, the bodywork was dented. Also the window tint was messed up distorting the view out of the left rear window. It was a lot like what you expect a taxi company to use. 2) Driver was late. I was waiting curbside for the driver for almost 10 minutes while Maria scrambled to locate him. 3) No bottle of water. 4) Premium price. The fare charged by Empress was $21 higher than the company I normally use which uses new Lincoln Towncar and Cadillac DTS models which they replace every 2-3 years., provides free water and is on time. I only gave these guys a chance because the other guys were busy and wanted to send a sub. I don't mind paying a premium, but when you get an inferior service for a higher price, that is not acceptable. The Owner attempted to contact me after my review to convince me to change the review. Further, the owner is mis perceiving the issue as being about price. I don't care about the price - I would gladly pay even more than she charged. The issue is that they provided a low quality car. I expect a car service to provide a vehicle that is not dented, that does not smell of chemical air freshener, and that is not old and worn. read more

I rented the black stretch limo for my sons 13th birthday. We had 4 teenage boys and 3 female adults and we fit comfortably in the car. We easily could have had one more person, 10 would have been a bit cramped. The limo was very nice. She even put a happy birthday banner over the mini bar which was awesome! She had bottle water and ice in the mini bar and the kids drank water in champagne glasses while we were driven to our destination. The driver was absolutely fantastic! He had a great personality, was very friendly, opened the doors for us, and was prompt picking us up both times, initially and when we were done eating. He also spent time showing us how to work the heat and air, the music, the lights, everything! I didn't call too many companys for pricing, but found Maria to be competitive with her rates compared to the couple of other places I did call. I really liked that Maria is vested in her business.
