Prices are very reasonable, parking at the Plaza is secure, and Baristi is surrounded by bukoodles of other shops, eateries, and even a movie theater, making it a great stop while walking around with your friends. It wasn't a particularly busy morning, and there were at least four baristas behind the counter, yet my husband and I waited at least 20 minutes for our drinks. When I finally heard my name called, I walked up to the counter and saw two drinks sitting there. Since neither was labeled, I politely asked the barista which drink was which. Instead of simply helping me, she responded, "I haven't made yours yet," with a pretty obvious attitude. It was an unnecessarily rude interaction and definitely didn't make me feel welcome. I went back to my seat and ended up waiting another five minutes for our drinks. And unfortunately, the coffee itself didn't make up for the wait. I ordered the salted maple latte, and my husband had the French vanilla latte. Both were mediocre at best and left us pretty underwhelmed. Overall, I really wanted to like this place, especially because of its cute atmosphere and convenient location.
