Because I couldn't dial in the tension I needed, I decided to initiate a return. I reached out to Peter, and he immediately approved the return with no questions asked. The next day, I got a call from Dave at Pearl regarding my situation. He was beyond understanding and incredibly accommodating. Instead of just mailing out replacement springs, Dave sent me an entire new set of pedals. I received them, swapped in the softer springs, and the pedals now play perfectly. I get it, everybody gets a bad day but please act professional. The lady in the cashier was helpful but I later found out that GC can validate parking tickets and the parking here is costly at $5 for first 3 hours. No grace period for free one. I wish the parking validation was offered or asked me if I used the parking garage upon my checkout on the cashier. But still, overall, this store has a great selection of new and used music instruments and I will still drop by. There is always room for improvement. Keep it up!
