It is not clear to me how they could provide an estimate when I they have not seen the issues with the lawn. What kind of service would I get when they have not seen what they are dealing with? Early Monday, I received a text and phone call from Ramon's manager that they would not be coming out to give an estimate. Manager convinced me to reschedule for Tuesday after noon.
