He tried to do hourly which I preferred bidding so to not one being a carpenter and electrician and knowing how jobs can go so i opted for a bid as most would and by the time to the end came it was how many hours he put in to get it to a chopped up mess,which again I had to hire another contractor to redo and finish his work. So the job took 2 extra weeks, cost an extra 1500-2000 dollars in material and labor do to this company, and an incurrence day of his own personal issues on perspective of his job inaquences.
