Crystal was warm and inviting, located in a quiet, clean, and welcoming environment. She worked with me to determine areas of focus that would help alleviate the worst areas of my back and shoulders with a soft touch but applying pressure in key areas with precision. I'm not a big talker, so I was happy she focused primarily on the work other than asking whether the pressure she applied was ok and telling me the different steps of the process.
