I have been training at D1 Training Gulf Breeze for the past 6 months, and I can honestly say it's one of the best decisions I've made for my health and well-being. I've gained strength, improved my endurance, and I always feel accomplished after my workout (except after the bike, but that's not really the bike's fault). The coaches are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about helping you reach your goals, no matter your age or fitness level. A+ fitness experience! D1 Gulf Breeze has it all: great trainers and staff, well-formulated fitness routines, and a clean, state of the art facility. I'm in my 30s and have tried many different group fitness programs (CrossFit, orange theory, etc.), but none compare to the total body training I've gotten at D1. While workouts are intense, they're scalable/modifiable to any age and any fitness level. The classes for kids are awesome. It teaches them their inner strength and how to properly lift weights. The classes for adults allow for all stages of fitness and abilities. Coaching staff is knowledgable and friendly. Worth your time and money. read more
