I filled out the cancellation form after my last class in July and was continually charged for the next few months. When I tried to contact them I got no response. Eventually I filled a fraudulent charge claim with my bank, was refunded and received an email confirming my cancellation. Even then they continued to charge me and messaged me saying they would send a report to a collections agency if I didn't pay. It's November now and I'm still dealing with this. Would not recommend.

My intro class was with Jill, I signed up the same day. I loved it that much. I have gone seven different times since then and used Sarah, Wendy and Dawn. And every single one of them was more than competent and skillful and knowledgeable at what they do. I am the type to ask questions if I don't understand, especially about form and nobody seems aggravated or "too good" to help me with my questions. It honestly feels like a family , which I love. There are two different membership options to choose from , 1 is eight classes a month and the other is unlimited. I chose the latter option. I love that you can book ahead and see all of the classes on an app. The machines are always clean and ready for the next group . The equipment is all new and not heavily used, which I love. Bathrooms are always clean, fully stopped with any of the extra feminine necessities you might need while stretching your body in abnormal ways I would love for you to join me for a class! We went for our session and ended up signing up the next day for a 6 month contract. Thirty minutes and your workout is done. I know people (me) think oh I can't possibly burn enough in thirty minutes but LET ME TELL YOU WAS I WRONG. Each station is two workouts for 3min, cool down and move to the next station, 9 different stations (rounds) and then you're finished. Even if you can barely walk out afterwards you feel so accomplished and proud of yourself. You won't regret putting your health first, why not try it out with the free session first??
