Highly recommend! My son and I have been going for a month. I'm old, fat and out of shape and he's young and fit, but both of us can do the workout and leave tired and fulfilled. In just my short time my conditioning has improved already and as it grows, I can work harder, get fitter and drop more pounds. This is real fitness that droning on a treadmill or bike can't give you. Every muscle is worked, stretched and conditioned. Also, the encouragement as you work from the coaches and people around you helps so much. I've been in a workout at the end of my rope and had a complete stranger walk by, hit my glove and say, "you've got this." That's a small thing but when you need it, that little encouragement has helped get me through. read more

Like another commenter said, the trainers and classes are great. My problem is what happens when you try to cancel your membership. I filled out the cancellation form after my last class in July and was continually charged for the next few months. When I tried to contact them I got no response. Eventually I filled a fraudulent charge claim with my bank, was refunded and received an email confirming my cancellation. Even then they continued to charge me and messaged me saying they would send a report to a collections agency if I didn't pay. It's November now and I'm still dealing with this. The trainer guy was fantastic he was energetic & very nice guy, but the owner was very rude to me & it was my very first time ever meeting him & last I wanted to start a membership b/c I love boxing I love that kind of energy but I refused to give the rude manager owner any of my hard working money read more

I loved working out here but when I needed to relocate I went through all the requirements to cancel my contract. I got email confirmation and even spoke on the phone with someone to make sure I was cancelled. Well 4 months later and they continue to charge me. I have emailed and called them but now they say only the owner (Doug) can cancel for me. They say they have left him multiple messages to call me back and I have sent emails to his attention. No luck. Do not sign a contract with them if there is any chance you will need to cancel it. read more

Where do I start? The trainers are fantastic! That's the only good part about this place. The owner Doug tries to come off nice at first but when it comes time to cancel and move on he does a complete 360. I first filled out the form given to me to cancel, gave my 30 days notice as instructed. Then I get a text saying I missed the "draft date" (date of the month I signed up. Signed the 11th and canceled the 14th so I would be charged again on the 11th next month since I missed it by 3 days), I found that odd but didn't mind too much. But when my card kept getting charged because I signed up for auto pay that's when I started to get irritated. I decided to confront the situation in person because the phone calls were not working. I read other people's reviews so I decided to record the conversation, I told him this is crazy I've never had to work so hard to get a membership canceled. He then told me I was Delinquent for the month of February!!! I hate to say it but I was expecting him to say something like this because he's a crook, I took a screen shot of every month my card was charged before walking in. So I showed him February 11th when my card was "automatically charged". He responded in anger, "so what do you want to do?! You want a refund?!" I said yes and waited till he made the change. He was very agitated during this entire exchange. And as soon as I left a couple walked in after me with the same issue. Be careful dealing with a con man. read more

Great place to work out and had amazing instructors. but.... my friend and I both cancelled our memberships on 3/1/2021 and the form that we filled out explained we needed to give it 30 days before the cancellation would go through, which would be 3/31/2021. April came around and again we were both charged so we then cancelled our memberships for the 2nd time, without even attempting to get a refund because we understood that mistakes happen. Here it is 5/3/2021 and I have once again been charged the membership fee. I decided to go to Title Boxing to attempt to figure out why I am still getting charged but only the owner can do this and he has been very ignorant and aggressive throughout this entire process. I do not recommend getting a membership here unless you want to continue paying for it 2 months after you already cancelled it. read more

Really hate that I have to give this 2 Star review as I enjoyed working out here......BUT......when it was time to move on they lied ...... charged ......kept charging then will only refund some of what they said. This is after multiple calls and emails 3 months after cancellation. It is really sad as it seems like a good place, but still has a lot to learn on the business side. read more

Great workout! I loved the boxing class, the trainer was motivated and pushed me through a great workout. Hitting the bag felt great and I felt like I was walking on clouds after I left. I recommend for anybody that wants to have fun and blow off some steam. read more

This has been the only exercise program I have ever stuck with in my entire life and I'm celebrating my one year anniversary with them this month. I recommend you take one class, you will be hooked. They have some of the best trainers that not only encourage you but work with you to help reach your own personal goals, weather it be to lose weight, strengthen and tone, or just want a different and challenging workout. Don't get me wrong this place is great, the workout is great and the employees were great. HOWEVER, when it came time for me to move on they became rude, lied about me cancelling my membership, were very hard to get ahold of, and kept charging my card. For the past month I have called with no answer, or when I get an answer I am told someone will call me back only for no one to ever call me back. When I FINALLY got to talk to the manager after almost a month and many phones calls later, he was off the bat rude to me, refused to let me finish any of my sentences and told me I was wrong. When in reality he just didn't want to admit to me they had no idea how to use their new system that I had been told about by multiple employees. This has not only happened to me but a few more people as well If you want a good workout this place good however they're not interested in you they're only interested in the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My daughter went in to cancel her membership last month, and she was still charged again this month and when she called to speak with Doug, he was rude to her. I heard her talking on the phone and getting upset earlier but didnt know who she was talking to until she later came and told me. I thought I would call to see if I could find out some info and see if I could get something worked out for her. Doug answered the phone and became rude when I told him I was calling on behalf of my daughter. He interrupted me, and ended hanging up on me as I was asking questions about the contract and membership. I did not get an attitude back with him until he got one with me. I was pleasant up until he became a RICHARD. He hung up. I had wanted a copy of the contract so maybe I could pay it out for her but he hung on me before I could ask. When I called back, he picked up and hung up again. This is how you run a business?? Pensacola does not need you or your attitude, there are already enough Richards in the world today. read more

I love it!!! Hubby and I started in Jan...Been hooked since day one. You have the option of 30 min, 45, 60, or 75 min workouts. Schu and Angela are my favorite trainers. Opens at 530 am and stays open til 7 pm most days. You can easily burn 1000 calories in one hour. You're hitting a heavy bag, not other ppl. No better way to get fit! read more

The Title Boxing Team in Pensacola is top notch. The trainers are motivating and ready to help new folks get comfortable with the set up. People in the class are supportive and come to Title for a fun but challenging workout. If you want to sweat buckets try out a class....you burn a ton of calories in an hour. read more

This is a fantastic boxing club. I came here knowing nothing about boxing, but was impressed with how willing they were to welcome me and work with me. They offer a great variety of classes and no matter what you choose, you will work away after a solid workout. Keep up the great work! read more
