MAN was I wrong, this workout is absolutely wonderful. Pushes you to the limit, but in a safe and controlled manor... The coaches Brian and Chris are respectful, knowledgable, funny, and down to earth people who seem to really value the goals of the clientele. The members are super forward and helpful in getting you started and motivating you through the workouts. The gym itself is clean. It has a room with storage areas tables and couches in the front, this is where you wait for class if you are real early or relax after. The main room is in the back and this is where workouts are conducted... Plenty of space and great equipment. Theres always a warm up and then an actual workout on the board. The class has categories based on experience. I am just a rookie because I am new to the discipline of exercise. Price is reasonable for what your are paying for (your strength, stamina, and health!) especially if you choose an unlimited plan... gives you flexibility and consistency. Also Class times are super convenient for me 5,6, and 7pm on weekdays so those are perfect for my schedule... I usually make the 6 o'clock class (except on Thursday @6 - Ladies Night) Helpful and motivating coaches, hard workouts, and friendly people make Crossfit Focus a great investment for your health and happiness. Took me only 2 workouts to sign up for 6 months. Highly Recommended. Will try to go everyday

The personalized attention I received while working out with a group of incredible athletes made me stay. I have improved my fitness levels, I've built lasting friendships with amazing people and my Coach (Bryan) is always there for me. He works with me on anything I need him to, from setting fitness goals to improving nutrition. You don't get the one size fits all treatment here-everything is catered to you. I have certain dietary restrictions that are usually frowned upon in an athletic atmosphere. Bryan not once has attempted to interfere with these restrictions, but has understood and we found a way to work around it. My goals have changed since I joined the gym, and Coach has worked with me through all of these transitions. He believes in me and everyone at the gym and gives everything he has to the gym and the members. Coach Chris and Coach Bird are phenomenal as well-each Coach brings their own personalized method to each workout. If you're looking for fun and customized fitness, this is the place. If you're looking to get better, stronger, faster, this is the place. If you're looking to meet new people and form friendships, this is the place. There are varying levels of workouts written each day, and each workout is customizable to your fitness level and/or goals. Anyone can join! Class times are convenient and the gym is always clean.

    I began training with Josh at Training Revelations in 2015.  By far, this is the longest I have…read moreever maintained a consistent workout  routine in my life.  I attribute this in large part to Josh's specific approach to personal training and wellness. Josh is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of the body, exercise, gym equipment, and nutrition.  These skills became apparent  when he designed and implemented an individualized training program for me.  He focuses on helping you achieve long-term fitness goals, but adjusts workouts weekly and monthly to meet your particular needs at different stages along your fitness journey.  For example, before I started working with Josh, I had lower back pain that would flair up  from time to time.  Josh has been mindful of my injury history, while modifying workouts, catering to any limitations I might have, so I can continue to progress.  Over the years he has helped me develop a stronger, and more resilient core, which has substantially reduced the frequency of painful back episodes I used to have. Josh is also good at understanding my current mental and physical capacity for training on any given day.  As a result, he is able to  make adjustments to my program which set me up for success, despite work fatigue, or occasional lapses in motivation.  This means he understands when I can be pushed hard, and when I need a lighter day if I'm particularly burned out for other reasons. This has enabled me to maintain my fitness routine during the past 5 years without dreading them.  I enjoy my workouts which hasn't always been the case  with prior training experiences. The Training Revelations studio is great.  The facility and equipment is comprehensive, clean, and orderly.  Because only one client is working out at a time, it reinforces how personalized the experience truly is. I also want to note that during the COVID-19 crisis, Josh has made himself available through video conferencing to help me continue to maintain an exercise routine at home.  I definitely recommend Training  Revelations for personal training! Josh's expertise, and unique approach to training, has allowed me to consistently work out in a way  that is sustainable for the long term.

I'm also lazy when it comes to exercise and physical motivation. I knew I needed a trainer, but was afraid of injuring myself and of being intimidated. Josh is certainly extremely knowledgeable about the physical components of training, such as anatomy and safety. But the most valuable and important attribute he has provided is that he LISTENS! Before I formally started working with Josh, we talked. Our conversation involved more than collecting medical information and was definitely NOT a sales pitch. Josh actively asked about my goals and fears, and why I wanted to train. He was very clear about what training could and could not do to help me meet my goals, and also what would be expected of me. As far as the inevitable training question--"Does he kick your ass?" Yes, when I genuinely need it. But in 100% of our time together, Josh has always treated me with courtesy, respect and a sense of humor.
