Everyone seems to "know my name" kind of feel not only from the staff but the members as well. It's like an extended family. When I joined the gym, I wanted to work with a personal trainer to gain strength and get lean, (not to look like a body builder). This began my fitness journey at the end of September 2019, with Kyle Walters. Never did I ever say that I wanted to lose weight. However, with the proper nutrition, meal plans, training, encouragement and accountability from Kyle, I lost a total of 23 lbs and 15" off my body. This all the while as he increased my caloric intake 3 fold, added a cheat meal and drink once a week AND a piece of chocolate after dinner every night for 6 months. My positive results came just in time for a really special trip in February 2020, where I wore my swimsuit with confidence and I never felt better or looked better in my entire adult life. The fitness spaces are so spacious that even during peak times, when the parking lot is practically full - there's never too many people inside or waiting for equipment. The staff are incredible and there's lots of classes included, and aligned businesses within the same complex, including a hot yoga studio, a hair salon, an incredible self defense training organization, a chiropractor, and personal and group fitness training company. Not to mention the place houses full size, INDOOR, tennis courts and an elite tennis academy!! In the summer months, I don't go at all due to all the camp children overrunning the building and outdoor grounds. You can't even use the outdoor track because the kids are all over it. Despite having two large grass areas at their disposal, the counselors allow these children to be all over the track including their backpacks. This causes an obstacle for those trying to run and walk on the track. Inside is no better. If you are an adult and want to use the pool between the hours of 11:30 am - 1:30 pm in the summer months, forget about it. If you dare to go in you risk being kicked, pushed and smacked by the large amount of children in the pool. I will still maintain my membership, but will not be going in the summer months. On a positive note, all the staff I have encountered are nice and helpful.

Not the case with Joe. This guy actually cares how you do! He is an ex power lifter, pro boxer and wrestler and has a vast wealth of knowledge in all aspects of fitness. I also like how he isn't giving in to the latest crazes as many of them aren't safe and really are just gimmicks. How is the best and I really thank him for helping me reach my fitness goals.
