So I've never been one to seek out a personal trainer. However, the pandemic leaving the gyms closed has left my health/fitness in shambles. I used to be a treadmill-elliptical-bike and/or yoga kinda lady. While I've completed a series of half-marathons in the past (the too-distant past!), cardio is something I feel I've had some level of comfort with, but strength training has always felt elusive and intimidating. Luke to the rescue! Other reviews mention that Luke is supportive and makes you feel comfortable (one reason I took a chance on him!). I 100% have found that to be the case! We have had two sessions thus far, and I feel very grateful to have jumped out of my sedentary Covid-hole.
