During one of my visits, I offered to help with repairs and ended up finding this shop. From day one, the staff has been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. What stands out most is that they never make you feel inexperienced for asking questions. Instead, they take the time to explain how things work, walk you through repairs, and teach you in a way that's easy to understand and encouraging. On my latest visit, I purchased another RC car (which I'm sure my brother-in-law will eventually destroy), along with a new battery. Andy went above and beyond--he found a Traxxas sale and made sure I got the discounted price, helped me figure out a better repair approach, coached me through the process, and even lent me tools and some thread locker to get the job done right. I said "league of legends trading card game I'm looking to buy boosters and the proving ground do you have those?". He says "yes we do we have the proving grounds and the boosters". I ask "ok, how much are those?". he replies, "I can't discuss prices over the phone". I then tell the person "ok I'll come up soon". He said "we open at 12:00". I said "ok I'll be there". I get there right at "opening" and I ask the person for riftbound packs and the proving ground. He says "the proving grounds would be in that case over there" and points at the case." He then states "looks like we're out." Already frustrated, I decide to let that go and I ask them if I could buy some riftbound packs. I ask if I can buy a box. He states that they are not selling boxes until the release event they have on thursday to make sure they have enough product for that. This makes sense to me, so I ask them how many packs left they have in the display box they are selling out of. He states, there's plenty in there. I ask if I can buy the rest and he states "I can only sell 3 per person". I feel like there was a lot of room for better communication throughout this ordeal. I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of customer service this store has. A lot of this information could have been told me over the phone.

But I didn't want to pay a lot for material…read more Just so happened, I was in the area, and I was super early for work, I decided to in Hobby Lobby. To my surprise, 40% off fabric. I didn't have time to really look at all they had, but it stayed on my mind all day, while I was at work. It must have been a sign to get it before the sale is over. I needed fabric for 2 projects. One is a royal blue, and they had the perfect fabric for this one. The other one, I needed a gold color. I saw one, I was unsure, but since it was on sale, I decided to get it. I only needed 2 yards. The fabric department is busy! I was like the 3rd in line. It was a gentleman assisting everyone, he was very nice and super friendly. When it got to me, there was an employee trade off, she asked him to go and assist a gentleman, that needed something heavy or big taken down. As the lady assisted me, she asked me what I was going to make, I told her a couple of headboards. She was shocked. We were talking about the person I follow on YouTube Yoduvh Essentials, I showed her a couple of videos, I think she is now inspired to do a project as well. I didn't get everything I need for the project, because the other stuff never goes on sale. But at least I got the material.
