He did exactly what I wanted, and I knew I wanted it after I saw it. Not only that, he even suggested printing it on glossy card stock which gave the flyers a more exquisite look. Hooman is creative, friendly, knowledgable, and has a great personality so it's beyond easy working with him. Oh and the best part? The price was just right. I was looking to print some digital photos and was hoping to go with a small business instead of…read moregoing to a FedEx or Shutterfly. I reached out on Yelp because this business came up when searching for photo printing services but was very disappointed with the quality. This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.
